McDonald's — Restaurant in Huntsville

Based on the lack of response from the owners and managers, this is probably a waste of time, but to add my voice to the others leaving reviews, this place has become awful. I've lived in the area since 2019, and the food quality, service, cleanliness, order accuracy, and atmosphere have gotten progressively worse. My family had gone from frequent customers to a point where we no longer will patronize this establishment. Every order, whether it be drive-through, Door Dash, or in person, has errors even when only 2 items were ordered. Food is often cold, overcooked, or undercooked. The place is frequently filthy, including nasty rest rooms, garbage on the floors, tables, and counters, overflowing trash cans, and such. Check your receipts - (1) the special where you get 1 full price item from the value menu, and the second is $1 only gets honored of you ask for it and even then you have to make sure it gets charged correctly; (2) we asked in the drive-through, "do you have apple pies?" Answer, "yes, we do." We ordered two pies and paid, went to the pick up window where we were told they didn't have any pies, and would we like something else? We said no, and they processed a refund but only gave us the money back for one of the pies we ordered. Top to bottom, this place is in need of a...

I’ll keep this short and to the point so no other locals get burned. Staff, service, food make this the worst McDonald’s in all of Northern Alabama. Drove to Whataburger after and had a completely opposite experience. Save your money and go else where Winchester Homies.

Long story version: My wife ordered us breakfast roughly ten minutes before lunch time and I went to retrieve it. Drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, so I went inside. Customer in front of me was having similar issues with her app and the retiree working the cashier continued to tell her how bad the app was(could have just checked for her food instead of holding up the line). Show grandma my app order number and she tells me, “I don’t know what that means, it doesn’t meant anything”. So I immediately asked her to get the manager, yet she had to huff and puff about my request and reluctantly went for the manager. The manager explained that because it was now past breakfast and I hadn’t gotten there in time the app had refunded my order. Needless to say, the entire staff could go through proper customer service training. They were able to remedy the customer’s order in front of me but absolutely refused to lend me a helping hand. Entered your Winchester Plaza Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, AL 35811. around 8:40 am door on north west side. Found floor very wet. I slid into wall across from door , My wife slipped and fall on floor, Floor was very wet. Because of back injury I was not able to help her up. several gentleman did. When I told "employee" what has happen, "manager" walked up said roof is leaking I have had someone mop floor. I tolded him mopping is not drying floor. He told me best I leave. My wife was setting at table holding her arm. A younger employee did carry so ice is a paper napkin so she could apply to sore arm. When I asked again about wet floor manager said I can leave and they have cameras so try this somewhere else. I did remove napkins from dispenser to place on floor to soak up water, manager acted like he was calling police. Several times him talked loadly on phone about what I look like & what I was doing. After about 15 minutes My wife felt better. Since we where on our way to a doctor appoint We left. I looked at ceiling I saw two cameras none near door. Good thing for your store.
