I ordered a medium Americano with two extra shots and extra ice. When I received my Americano, it was very clear and had very little espresso at all. I told them the problem, and they said okay they found what the problem was and that they would make me another one. They made me another one, and the second one had more espresso in it, but it still didn't have two extra shots (and didn't take anywhere near as long as what it normally does to make). I've been drinking americanos for 15 years and have been buying them from Scooter's for at least a couple years. So, I am very familiar with how the americano should look and taste with no extra shots and with one or two extra shots. This one clearly did not have any extra shots. On top of that, they refused to take the first one back even though it was complete garbage. They did not have any trash cans on the outside of their store, and so I was forced to hold the second one in my lap (because I didn't have an extra cup holder at the moment) and drive somewhere else to find a trash can which is just unexcusable given it was their mistake, i.e., the first one there was problems with the machine or something that made the drink complete trash and undrinkable. So, not only did I have a bad experience, but I got ripped off because I paid for two extra shots and didn't get them. These employees need to be retrained on making drinks in general and be taught what to do when they make a mistake and give a customer an undrinkable drink. If you can't take the drink back from me, then at least have a trash can available for me to throw your trash away. I will not be giving Scooter's any more business until they remedy this situation. They don't even have a way to contact them or explain this issue on their website. They just have a survey that you can take, which is about useless.

First time through Scooters & it was an ok experience. I got a hot white chocolate latte coffee. It cost me about $8.40. For me, that was too much for the size I got. In general, I think that was too much for the size I got. It could have been hotter. It was just warm. I drank it down so fast it wasn’t that hot. It was good, not $8 something good. Service was friendly, took me about 15 minutes waiting in line at drive thru.

Came here earlier for an americano with caramel and cream, it just tastes like water and flavor, no coffee. I’m not sure if they forgot the espresso but the drink isn’t even the color of coffee, it’s just milky water color. Willing to try again and update if it’s better next time, not impressed so far though unfortunately.

Huntsville's newest coffee shack was not a disappointment! Happy to have this growing chain here in the city. :)

Scooter's is a drive-through only coffee shop. They have all your favorites in hot, iced, or blended form, as well as smoothies, teas, "infusions," and some snacks and breakfast food. Big bonus that's kind of unusual in Huntsville: they're open 7 days a week till a fairly late hour.

Even though yesterday was opening day and new businesses in Huntsville stay swamped, I received fast and friendly service when I swung through around lunchtime. They were well staffed and seemed prepared to launch, which I definitely respect - not always the case at new places.

I ordered a small iced turtle latte. It was a fairly large cup for a small (I'd say closer to competitors' mediums, though not quite there) and came out to a tiny bit above $5 with tax. Not too bad for a specialty drink.

They have nutrition information posted on their website, even down to the differences in calories for each type of milk (coconut, 2%, whole, etc), and I really appreciate that.

I'll definitely be returning! Need a few more visits to try a few other things before I upgrade to a 5, but for now I definitely...

I usually have a great experience from here but this time was just crap. I ordered a small mocha blender with no whip and extra thick because I don’t like a blender to be super liquidity. I get to the window and they had a HOT small mocha, like what? I told her I ordered a blender with no whip and extra thick. I asked her again at the window to make sure it was thick and not runny. She brings back a medium blender with whip, like are yall not even listening. I told her I asked for NO WHIP. Instead of apologizing she just takes it and basically scrapes the whip off and try’s to give it back and it’s just straight liquid. I told her like come on I asked multiple times for a blender with NO WHIP AND EXTRA THICK like why is that so hard. Especially when ya paying $6+ for a drink. She brings it back and I just left. Right when I pull away I look at it and there is a big chunk of Ice just on top. Instead of actually making it thick they just loaded it with Ice. The line was too long to wait to tell someone. I tried to call the store 3 times with no answer except a VM that sounded like someone’s personal number. So I basically paid for a cup of...
