Update: ONE worker at 11:40 AM? There were six of us waiting while she prepared an order. And still no tea. This location continues to worsen instead of doing what is necessary to provide a reasonable level of service.
Previous reviews: Hiring more workers is meaningless if they don't work! I have great appreciation for the woman there who stepped up when I walked in to an empty counter at 11:30 am. She stopped eating her lunch to take care of me. When other customers arrived, the clerk at the Circle K side asked her where her helpers were and she replied, "out back." She left my sandwich half-done and came back with two guys, directing one to serve the next customer.
Why were they all on a break at the same time? And the location's answer to not having tea made previously apparently was to stop offering tea at all. It's a downward trend at this location and certainly not the standard expected at a Subway. Management needs to step up and fix it.

I always order using the app because thats usually most convenient. I arrived around 6pm when app said my order would be ready, and there it was waiting. There were a few people waiting in line, as it seemed busy for that time of the day. They had 2 employees working and it appeared to be efficient and clean and the employees were smiling. Based on my only experience there, I will repeat. I also suggest people order with the app as this makes the whole experience alot smoother and you can avoid locations that give you issues with coupons . Multiple times I've ordered via the app and arrived to no customers waiting and my order unmade only to be informed that multiple sub items were unavailable. Most recently I ordered 2 subs for my wife and I, I arrived after the app said they were ready. Only to find the Subway was closed, my order paid and unmade, per the Circle K employee the Subway employee had been gone for hours.
