Taqueria El Cazador Bus — Restaurant in Huntsville

There's 3 large picnic tables for seating and a pretty big parking lot in this area. I was able to order food pretty easily and was requested whether I wanted a to go order or if I was going to eat here. There's also additional seating nearby if someone wants to sit inside. After ordering, I was given one of those electronic items that would let me know when my order was ready. I was able to comfortably sit in my car while waiting for the order to be ready.

I received my food - 4 tacos- in about 10 minutes. There was a side of pickled carrots and limes. They were street tacos so they had the protein, raw onions, and shredded lettuce, but still could use a lot more flavor. I added the green and red sauce thinking it would help to no avail. The quality has decreased from the last time...

I have always heard El Cazador was good and normally I go to a different place but it was closed today. So, today I tried El Cazador's for the first time. I had the tacos carnitas and I must say I was disappointed. The pork was extremely bland. Where was the flavor? The meat should be the star of the dish, not the vegetables one the side, i.e., the sliced carrots on the side. Then, they were served with these prepackaged sauce packets. Come on now. Really???Really?? Not sure if it was one of those "having a bad day" moments for the food truck, which I don't think any food establishment should have but we are all human. I may try it again...one day...but this wasn't a...

We’ve been going here since we moved to Huntsville 12 yrs ago. We always bring our friends. We’ve noticed that with the price is going up the food quality has been OK and the portions are very small now. Yesterday I did a takeout of chicken tacos on flour tortillas. We called it in. They verified it as they were making it and when I got home I had steak tacos on corn tortillas. Very disappointing for $10, not my order…..the portions were small….. they used to do marinated carrots and jalapeños. There were two carrot slices, no jalapeños. Very disappointed the last few times we’ve been so I think we’ll have to find...
