I've been coming here since I was a small child. This place used to be frequented by my family for the open of the season till the end of their season. You would think with 5 people working and 2 pairs of people waiting that something pre-made would be faster. I could have gotten my oil changed in my car with a tire rotation faster than it took to slap some pre-made chicken on a store baught bun. And the workers didn't even try to act busy they just stood there talking to each other like they forgot all the signs were taken down and we can see them standing there laughing and joking around. We started to time it after we got tired of standing and sat down and we sat and waited for 30 minutes. Very disappointed in the customer service. I guess having a mostly girl staff is better for business than getting people that actually know what they are doing and wanting to work. If you guys want to raise your prices make sure your customer service deserves it too.
Update: after attempting to eat our sandwiches i started pulling clumps of hair (not my hair. It was dyed blue) out of my sandwich. 1 hair bothers me but 5 or 6 hairs after taking a bite is disgusting. No exaggeration 5-6 hairs! Another reason the prices aren't worth it. I've been in food service for years and im just appalled by the lack of care put into serving your customers. They can wipe the same spot of the counter all day but can't pull their hair back and keep it out of our food. I feel kind of ripped off spending 4$ a sandwich for...

This locally owned spot has been serving up memories for generations, and every visit brings back that sweet summer feeling. The staff is friendly (and often familiar), the vibe is welcoming, and the menu is stacked.
My go-to is the blue raspberry Juicy Freeze (slushie + vanilla soft serve = elite treat), and the Buckeye Sundae is peak Ohio pride. Also love the foot-long hot dogsāsimple, classic, and so good after a beach day or ball game.
ā They accept cards ā Plenty of outdoor seating ā Fast, friendly serviceāeven on busy summer nights
Whether youāre a local or just passing through, this place is the stop for ice cream, lunch, and small-town charm. A...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFoods good honestly better than most places around. but the girls at the window are short and if you ask any questions they look at you like your dumb. Price varies depending on who rings you up there. They charged .75 for peanutbutter sauce in my Reese cup flurry thats ridiculously high price for some sauce. NEVER PAY WITH CARD. Even if they are short on cash because they will charge you extra for using a card. So never try and be nice even when they put a sign out that says they are short on $5s or $1 or anything... Well not everyone will charge you extra just some of the girls. It's the inconsistency for me. So never ever go if you have a set price in your...
