Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House — Restaurant in Hurricane

When you are using coupons you might make sure you are given credit for it. We purchase 1 item and the coupon said 5.99. They rang it up at 8.67. We question the amount and they said it was taxes. Then they tryed to correct it. It came to 7.43. We accepted it and went on are way. Although the employees were working hard, everything was looking clean, and the order was good. The fact remains that if a customer uses a coupon, they have not been trained to apply it to the order. Or the register does not accept coupon. Anyway if someone has a large order and uses coupons they might not be credited for it, and their receipt does not tell you anything but the cost...

So I left my house 20 minutes after ordering my food and when I went to the window, these two guys in their 20s acted like I didn’t order anything then they proceed to apologize and say ”oh we are cooking your order It will take another 7 minutes so park somewhere and we will bring it out” so I did and I waited 15 minutes instead of 7 so I went back to the window and I asked where is my order at and they act like they didn’t know again but after all this mess turns out my food was just sitting there for 35 minutes getting cold. I never had a problem with this Gino’s until these two guys came in probably on drugs cause they seem to forget a lot and are...

I would like to give a zero ! Phoned in order went to pick up thru window paid for food they told us to pull over they were working on it, about 30 minutes later they bring it out and we opened the bag with what we would find out that it was my husband's pizza bread it was so burnt and cheese so dried out it literally cracked in to ,we also order spaghetti and it was not even cooked and cold ! Took the pizza bread inside and told the manager but she didn't seem to care so needless to say we will not be back and may add haven't been there in a year so we thought we would try it again !!
