I'm not much of a shaved ice "person" but there is something absolutely DIVINE about the selections here at Hoku Lani Shave Ice. Perhaps it's all the different and unique options and combinations you can to choose from alongside the standard flavors you'd expect that give it that zest and amazing quality. The addition of ice cream on top too? Absolutely incredible. My personal favorite part. But consider, on a really hot day in a place like southern Utah, if you're on your way to Zion National Park or just need a something too cool off and want a treat-this is THE place to go. Shave ice is my favorite! As somewhat of a connoisseur, I seek out the delicious treat wherever I go. But this place is something special. It outshines any competition, including anything I ever had while living in Hawaii. In Hurricane Utah of all places! The owner, from Kauai, was unsatisfied with any shave ice in the area so decidied to solve the problem by creating her own. And boy did she!! The mango one in particular is a masterpiece. It even converted my long-time shave-ice-critical husband....

Wow this place is fantastic! I took my daughter and her cousin and they got some interesting flavors of shaved ice with ice cream, sweetened condensed milk and cream.
