Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hurricane

I was skeptical of Pizza Hut coming to town, as the Cedar City location and St Goerge location are just plain awful. Figured we'd give it a shot just because it was new to Hurricane and man, im completely surprised by how good this location is compared to every other. The food is consistently delicious, the wait times are always very short, and the staff have so far been mostly friendly. For total clarity, there was a time that we got a pizza that was a somplete mess when they handed it to us, or a box with a ton of sticky food stuffs all over it, but i can accept that these were mistakes because the food and service is consistently good otherwise. Its a breath of fresh air when every other fast food place in town will make you wait an hour just for them to screw up a simple order. If like me, you arent a fan of pizza hut, at least give this location a chance. I was pleasantly surprised.

P.S. their pizza isn't disgustingly greasy like Dominos. Their cinnabon though often has way too much...

I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. Apparently they hire out drivers through DoorDash. My order came incorrect. The DoorDasher was super kind and offered to go back and get the missing item. I called Pizza Hut in Hurrican. To ask if that driver was gonna get compensation for the Pizza Hut store forgetting part of my order. They said no they don’t automatically give compensation to the door Dashers they have to request it. When the DoorDash came back with my I asked them if they knew that they had to request compensation from Pizza Hut for Pizza Hut getting part of my order and they said they had no Idea. The general manager Lochlin was very rude and super shady about giving the doordashers, their fair share for a Pizza Hut employee creating a problem. Pretty sure the 1 star reviews are from Domino's and Little Ceasers employees. We've ordered here 6 times since they've opened, not a single issue with food or service. It's been fantastic every time including tonight, large pan with pepperoni, ham, bacon... Perfection! Everything tastes fresh and full of flavor unlike that garbage at Domino's, and Little Ceasers the last 6 months has been extremely inconsistent and takes waaaay to long to get your order on most nights (probably not now, considering I'm sure their business is waning due to Pizza Hut). Ohh, and unlike the other 2 options in Hurricane, the wings are edible from Pizza Hut, infact they are pretty damn good.
