Always get your receipt at this location. I understand places are short staffed, hectic, and crazy right now, but at least properly train the employees you do have. Specifically the ones handling the POS (point of sale)
I was overcharged yesterday morning on 4/3/22. Called and an employee did confirm I was overcharged, he was apologetic, but there is a big difference in an error with an order (ex. forgetting cheese on a BE&C) and an error with someone’s money. Luckily in this case I was only overcharged a couple bucks by the cashier erroneously ringing up the order. Which was only a large bologna biscuit breakfast combo. Nothing extravagant.

Read moreI moved to hurricane recently so we frequent this Tudors. Our food is made wrong every single time. I called once a couple of weeks ago, they put my name in the book to correct it. Went back the next day for my corrected order, made it all the way home to find my husbands sandwhich was made wrong. Today, they left the hash brown off my miner. They’re simple mistakes and I can handle mistakes, but not when it’s every single visit . The menu shows literal pictures of their food and what comes on it.
