Let me start by saying they offer several different types of chicken salad, and the 3 I have tried are quite delicious. The mac and cheese wasn't great; the sauce was very thick and wasn't something I would choose again. The pasta salad had a light dressing and was tasty.
The 3 stars is because the staff isn't trained properly.
The first time I tried CSC I went through the drive thru. They had an awesome special of 2 scoops with pickle, crackers and a cookie. It didnt occur to me to make sure I received everything because it was a simple and basic order. I got home and had 2 scoops with a pickle. No crackers, no cookie, no napkins, no silverware. I'm not sure how I was supposed to eat it. Thankfully I was heading home where I had crackers, napkins and silverware on hand.
My second went in a similar fashion except this time I walked in. I placed almost the exact same order. They called my number and and attempted to give me one very small container as if it were my full order. It was the key lime pie (very tasty but a very small slice). I told them there were a few things missing!
A couple minutes later they called my number again and gave me the remaining items. I explained that I wanted to check the order due to my last experience. Surprise....no crackers, no cookie, no silverware, no napkins. He was very apologetic, but clearly there is an issue with who does what when completing an order.
I will give them one more chance because the chicken salad is very good and the restautant concept is sound. I'm crossing my fingers for a better out...
Read moreThis is the place for light and reasonably healthy food. Chicken salad in a variety of flavors, egg salad, pimiento cheese, soups, sandwiches, salads, etc. I ordered a Mac n cheese kid meal: Mac n cheese, grape salad side, cookie, juice box. The grape salad comes with a brown sugar/ nut topping: we asked for NO nuts..request not heeded..nuts all over the grape salad..glad my kid isn't allergic, just doesn't like them..also, missing the juice box. $5.49 price..sure didn't get our money's worth..she didn't really care for the mac..said her school cafeteria mac tastes better. Now, my meal was much better: Double scoop "The chick"..Dixie chick flavor chicken salad..white meat shredded chicken..very meaty. Onion flavor..but not overpowering..very good! Egg salad was 2nd scoop..it's ok..wish it had some onion in it..it was missing some seasoning. I did love the fact that the scoops are served with wheat crackers..perfect! I also purchased a small bowl of pimiento cheese from the quick chick fridge..$5.99 for a small bowl..pricey in my humble opinion..I didn't care for the taste..again, a bit bland..I make my own pimiento cheese..I make mine spicier..probably more so than folks may generally like..just really disappointed in the kid meal..missing item, and special order not followed..highly recommend the Dixie Chick chicken...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality at this place is truly top-notch.
Not only was the hospitality exceptional, but the food was absolutely amazing. The chicken salad options were delicious, but what really impressed me were the additional menu items. The tomato bisque was rich and flavorful, perfect for a chilly day. The broccoli salad was fresh and crunchy, with a delightful combination of flavors. And the grape salad was a sweet and refreshing treat that perfectly complemented the savory dishes.
What really stood out to me was how helpful and sweet the staff members were. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great dining experience. They even offered me samples of different chicken salad flavors, which I thought was a lovely touch.
Overall, I can't recommend Chicken Salad Chick enough. The combination of great hospitality, fantastic chicken salad, and a variety of delicious sides make it a must-visit for any food lover. Trust me, you won't be...
