I love this hidden gem and I hate to tell you all the good things about this place because I don't want everyone to know my little secret. And I mean that with a ton of love. I am making my way through the menu and so far everything has been amazing! when you walk in the place is spotless and I mean sparkling clean. beautiful fish in the fish tank, tables clean, wait staff clean counter clean. perfect. I usually have the pho and ask them to pick something else for me because I love to try something new each time. Get the fried tofu wrapper shrimp thing, super delicious, the pho is delicious, the bahi mi sandwiches are outstanding but you better love hard bread cause that is how it's cones. not the soft icky subway bread. the ingredients are fresh and flavorful and the sauces that come with your appetizers are very rich in flavor as well. make sure to try a Boba tea and if you don't know what to get ask them to pick for you, they do not disappoint. They are priced very fair for the area and for the amount of food that you get. tonight they picked out a new soup for me that knocked my socks off. it was like a mix of wanton soup but with these Ramen noodles and slices of beef/pork and fresh veggies. Very happy. thank you for taking care of me tonight. Maybe next time I...
Read moreSo I just found this great lil Phó restaurant PHÓ ONE fast friendly service and great food. I had the veggie summer roll ( low carb, no noodle) and Fatty Brisket and Tendon Pho with veggies instead of noodles and an Iced Coffee it was all very tasty and I will be back!
So on the suggestion from DFW Foodies I went to try Phő One in Hurst (again)and I was not disappointed!!. The inside is beautiful and modern, they have a beautifully done Tropical fish tank just as you come.in the door.the service is fast and friendly A+ .
I had the Oxtail Phő, I added veggies and Tendon, the Oxtail was under cooked and the meat would not come off the bone, so they took it off the bill and that was nice. The 2 tweenager boys had Chă Gio Eggrolls, they were good but have pork in them (FYI. If you eat kosher don't get this item) I had the Veggie Summer Rolls and they are delightful. The guys also had chicken fried rice with no veggies, and a beef Phő with Flank amd fatty Brisket and a Mango Boba. And I had hot green tea. It was all excellent, (barring the under cooked Oxtail) ill even try the Oxtail again because everybody can have an off night once in a while and everything else was top notch!! I will definitely be a...
Read moreThe food was very disappointing. We got many items to have a good variety. Nothing was great, it was barely even acceptable. Dried out, flavorless and served barely above and at room temp. Noodles were mushy, flavorless & cold. Chicken plate was dry, chewy, and again, cold, no flavor. Spring roll was small, greasy, not warm, not much flavor. Curry dish on menu was shown on a plate but served in a bowl. Maybe bc it was mostly curry colored warm water. It was hard to see find the food ingredients to scoop up with any utencils we tried. There was not much to be found. We really wanted to find something great about this place. It seems like much of the food is cooked ahead of time then plated up as needed. Nothing was hot or delicious, not even warm and good. I apologize if this truthful review hurts the Owner's feelings, but it cost us so much as a paying guest to go out to a restaurant. We purchased many items, based on 4.9 stars & 300 reviews, something should have been at least very good. Happy nothing made us sick, we just feel tricked by the reviews. Spent $35 +18% tip (default). We gave alot and feel...
