El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Hutchinson

Went here looking for a quick bite after a friend kept mentioning how great it is. Didn't know what to expect.

I got two barbacoa tacos and was blown away! I venture to say they were the best tacos I've ever had. I've been all over South Florida and love the melting pot of cultural cuisine down there and believe it has some of the best food you can find, weather it be Mexican, Cuban, American, Haitian, Indian etc. But I've never had a taco like this in Florida.

Who'd a thought you could find such an amazing taco right here in Hutchinson, KS.

I ate the first one and decided I had to save the second one for my wife to try. I immediately stopped by and gave her a bite and she was blown away as well.

We will both be returning to try the rest...

Overall really great! The parking lot was full and they were really busy. They still took orders quickly and delivered the food so fast! Food was delicious but they ran out of barbacoa. One person in our party was able to get the barbacoa burrito and it was wonderful. I had a Carne asada soft taco and guacamole which was also flavorful. Very small building however and not enough options for seating considering how busy they were. They have dine in and take out options....

It was a rather small building that had tables that were oddly placed that made it an inconvenience for people to walk back and fourth for anything you might need. Now with that said the FOOD WAS AMAZING !!!! I GIVE THIS FOOD A 10 THE ATMOSPHERE MAYBE A 5 amd the service a 6 !!!! And please know the service was good to manners.
