Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hutchinson

This must be SHARED!! On March 21st, 2025 we called in to place an order at approximately 1140pm. The woman working that night was beyond kind by far outstanding!! I was asking her so many questions that I finally got annoyed by my own questions, yet this woman answered ALL my questions with patience and kindness. To the point I had to stop and thank her. That day we had just lost a friend, and it just so happened to be on the day I lost my son 3 years prior. I was just lost and couldn't even order a simple pizza. But the kindness this woman showed was out of this world!! We showed up to get the pizza right at closing, I went inside so I could personally say THANK YOU, to her. Once again she just had an incredible kindness, calmness, and patience, a comforting tone to her vibe. I took the pizza and we left. Well, it doesn't end there, we start to eat this pizza and my friend and I as we are eating kept saying, "WOW THIS IS SOME REALLY GOOD PIZZA! Like no this is some damn good pizza, the more we ate the better it got. We both said that pizza was by far THE VERY BEST PIZZA WE HAVE EVER ATE!! The temperature was perfect, the crust was superb, everything about that pizza was on point!! The two of us are the entire pizza. We still tell people about that pizza. Shout out to all who were working that night, y'all NEED TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED, how appreciative we are of what y'all had going that night!!! Y'all had it going on. THANKS TO ALL WHO WERE...

Actually zero stars for you guys! My husband ordered 2 pizzas and wings. We were told it was a 20 minute wait. The lady that answered the phone kept calling my husband ma'am. Smh...when we pulled up to pick up our order there was 5 employees sitting down blowing bubbles and our pizza wasn't ready. They couldn't find our order under my husband's name because the lady that answered the phone apparently couldn't understand or maybe spell my husband's name. Paid for the order and they only give me one pizza. No ma'am we ordered 2 pizzas and 16 wings and only handed 1 pizza. This is horrible service. My husband even repeated the order and still got the order wrong. An hour later and still waiting in the parking lot without our order. What is the problem here. If the employees have time to blow bubbles they should have time to make our order right $70 later horrible service and still waiting. Wow Pizza Hut you guys have really gone down! Hire...

First off this is partly my fault. I had made an online order and put my son's number for the text update for when our order would be out for delivery. When it was sent I realized I didn't update my info with a new number. So I decided to call and let them know in case they had trouble finding my address, which most delivery places do bc we are not on Google maps. I waited for 20 min and still no one answered the automated queue I was in. Luckily my son was out and about and stopped by there. They seemed confused and said they didn't have an order for us and his delivery man was already back...?? So my son gave the phone number again and they found my order not even made and still sitting at the order taker. As most of you know delivery is not cheap, yet with a tip added ugh!! So they said they could make it right then and there and my son chose to wait for our order to be made. Never had a problem at all...
