Holy cows! Let me tell you something. These guys came to the rescue, big time, for me today. I set up a training session that employees came in from as far away as North Dakota for a whole day of safety / CPR training and then company training and had a very small window to eat. Some signals got mixed up in the morning and nothing got ordered until it was almost time to feast. I called up Jimmy's Pizza here in Hutchinson and spoke with an employee (awesome BTW) that handed me to Joseph (he and his wife Emily are the owners and have really turned this place around after reopening it). I explained to Joseph what the predicament and timeline was, and he took our order of FIVE extra large (PIE CUT) pizzas. He indicated that we'd get it in 45 minutes (giving everyone a 1/2 hour to eat and settle before the next training session began. Joseph himself actually called when he was two minutes out and delivered EVERYTHING, hot and fresh and the soda was nice and cold FIFTEEN minutes before promised! Gave us a lot more time to relax and eat. Did I mention that it was right during the time they have a lunch buffet and they were busy? These guys have an incredible work ethic. They are a young couple that really care about what they put on your plate. Quality ingredients and maintaining friendly staff. So don't be taken by what you might think is youth at the helm... see it as the arm of positive change. Hats off to Jimmy's Pizza in Hutch and to Joseph, Emily, and their staff of kind pizza wizards! STOP before you scan over this understand that I rarely ever take the time to give a restaurant a review, I’m the kind of person that doesn’t take the time to use coupons, discounts, surveys for free stuff....UNLESS I think it is actually really special, out of the ordinary, and feel like something is too good to keep it to myself so here’s my review for the year.

Best pizza in Hutchinson by a long shot, and you can have it as a buffet, seems too good to be true, but wait there’s more, the salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. are all so fresh, normally I would expect a buffet salad bar to have some veggies that look like they have been sitting out for hours. I won a free buffet from a FB contest and decided to take my grandson out to lunch. Lately I haven't cared for pizza much.Was thinking of just eating from the salad bar while he ate the full buffet. When we walked in we were greeted with smiles and pleasantries. The smells from the kitchen were appealing. They asked what type of pizza we would like to see on the buffet. After awhile our requests were there, but in the meantime we enjoyed other great pizzas. The ratio of sauce, cheese and toppings were perfect.
