Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

They must have hired new staff. I just walked in a few minutes ago. I have lived in South Shore or almost 7 years and have always visited this location. The young ladies there now are the most ignorant people I have ever encountered at a business. They are smoking in front of the gas station and twerking and cursing. One could tell I was annoyed. I kept having to repeat my order and finally said no thank and they I don't care. They are not the normal staff they are an embarrassmentioned to themselves and the business. There is no reason to be at work behaving like you are in your living room. I will never patronize this business f those women remain employed and I spend almost 3 bucks a day at different DD stores. You don't curse at customers or act like their business does not matter. I cannot explain the level of ignorance if those women and I will hope that this is addressed by the gm or someone please send put a tester to prove what I said to be true. The staff here are ignorant and rude. On September 5th, 2020, I went to this Dunkin and asked for a pumpkin latte that was advertised in the window (I even pointed at the sign). Keep in mind there is a mask on my face due to us living in a pandemic. Using an unprofessional tone the cashier said "First of all speak up. Second of all know what you want before you come to the counter". A ten year old could have articulated that in a more professional and peaceful matter then this man.
