Amazing new restaurant! Absolutely worth the visit!!!!!!! The cucumber cooler was refreshing and NA. The chicken karaage app and cucumber salad app were both delicious. Chicken was battered and fried lightly so it’s crispy and flavorful. The cucumber uses a crunchy chili oil that brings all the flavors together. The ramen broth is flavorful, and the ramen bowls come full of ingredients. I ended up adding pork shoulder to the veggie ramen (wish I had added the delicious chili oil as well) and it was completely filling. We also got the tonkotsu ramen with extra meat (tender and flavorful but not overpowering), and a veggie ramen add chicken. I like that the base ramen is good on its own and you can continue to customize it to make it perfect to your tastes! The soft serve was such a FUN addition to the meal. And I loved the homemade compote they added here, it should be a staple because it was delicious!!! The design of the restaurant is beautiful and thoughtfully curated. The team is attentive, eager to help and serve, and checked in multiple times. The service feels driven by hospitality and the atmosphere feels positive amongst the team. In a city that has lots of ramen options, this feels completely unique, fun, delicious and makes me eager to come back multiple times!

I had such an amazing ramen experience here! They’ve rolled out a delicious new fall menu, and everything we tried was spot on. We ordered the Tonkotsu, cucumber salad, spicy miso karaage, and the apple sip soda (so divine, btw!). Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The Tonkotsu broth was rich and comforting without feeling too heavy, perfectly balanced and deeply satisfying. The noodles had that perfect springy-chewy bite, pairing beautifully with the tender slices of pork. Every topping tasted fresh and intentional, and the marinated egg just melted in my mouth. On top of the food, the service was quick and genuinely friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming—the kind of place you just want to linger in. I’m so happy we finally have a ramen spot on the east side! This is officially my new go-to whenever a ramen craving hits.

So happy to have such a gem close to home! There’s nothing like it in the neighborhood. We got the cucumber salad which was refreshing and so tasty! We also got the karaage chicken which is super light and very flavorful. They also have a spicy option. The ramen is to die for! We got both the chicken and the tonkotsu and both had very rich, flavorful broths, the noodles were cooked to perfection and you can swap in and swap out toppings from any of the ramen on their menu which was a nice option. Prices were so reasonable and they also DoorDash so super convenient! We will DEFINITELY be coming back. We were also told by our amazing server that they are expanding their menu in the coming months to include rice bowls and dumplings and eventually turning the adjoining space into a cafe with coffee and breakfast. So excited for what’s to come!
