Kennedy Fish & Chicken Takeout Review: Daytime Service Needs Improvement
I’ve been eating here for 10 years and Ordering from Kennedy Fish & Chicken during the day (12:00 PM–5:30 PM) is consistently a frustrating experience. While the food can be decent at other times, the service during these hours leaves much to be desired.
The staff taking orders in the daytime are often rude, and they seem uninterested in getting the orders right. Today’s experience was no exception—they didn’t prepare my food as requested and showed no effort to address the issue. Their customer service skills are severely lacking, which makes the experience frustrating.
As for the food, it’s hit or miss. The steak burritos are a definite miss—terrible flavor and overly salty. I can’t recommend them at all. However, they do a good job with the chicken, Italian beef sandwiches, gyros, cheeseburgers, and pizza puffs. These items are usually flavorful and satisfying, especially if you order in the evening.
If you decide to order here, I’d strongly recommend sticking to those menu items and waiting until nighttime when the cooks are more reliable and the service improves. Until they address their daytime service issues, I’d suggest avoiding this place during the...

Her: Oh well he goes home at 9:30 so you can ask him when he comes in (presumably in a few minutes).
Me: No! YOU ask him you work here. I'm a consumer spending money! 😒😒 So we went back and forth a few times about the absurdity of this delivery is over at 9:30 at 9:15...
Me: Perhaps you should just say delivery is over at 9:15 cause that's really what you mean... She shrugged. I shrugged.
She didn't care. She stuck fast to what she was trained to do which is deliver false information with no concern to the people whom you serve. So I left and spent my money elsewhere.
Moral of this story: Y'all must be doing pretty great dayum business to turn down and away good money from the same neighborhood people who fund...

NEOW...about this order for the price and how I eat, this is two meals. If you look at picture #1, you will see where I open this up and a tear drops...This looks like a salad😁...with EVERYTHING I asked for AND EXTRA SAUCE! 😋
