McDonald's — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

Salvador, the manager there today, 9/3 is not a good manager. Horrible! When I went this morning to order my 2 Sweet Teas that I get everyday. I received 2 unsweetened Teas. The issue is when I got to my destination that’s when I notice I received unsweetened tea, That was an hour away, I tried to call the McDonalds first, no answer. So, I had to drive back to the McDonald’s which was an hour drive. Gas is very high. I spoke with Salvador and explained that. I asked can I have a large shake instead because I needed the Tea that morning not later that day, when I drove back. I gave them the 2 teas back. The worker gave me a medium shake. I asked for a large. I asked , him. do y’all compensate for the inconsistency:gas? He shut the window on me, raised his hand and walked away. I sat there for 15 mins waiting for a reply from him. Nothing. It was out of control in there. One girl had her bright pink/orange color Nike jacket. She had that on this morning at 9 and when I had to go back there around 1pm. They where walking around like they didn’t know what they are to be doing. He had about 8 cars wanting to place orders. He came from the back of the restaurant/ employee door and handed a vehicle a drink. Then I guess, told the other vehicles they weren’t taking orders. They left. It was about 8 vehicles that didn’t get serviced, Also, this morning the first window to pay wasn’t open. It was so unorganized. Very bad service and an inconvenience for me because of a mistake on them and he shut the window on me and didn’t want to hear anything else from me. Sad. I ordered 7 $5 meals. 5 double cheeseburgers and 2 McDonald’s chicken. All 5 doubles had no mustard or onions and a drop of ketchup and 1 pickle. We have them one requesting all the toppings and got that back the same as the first 6. All 7 fries were so old the pigeons would not eat them. They only gave me 6 drinks(I should have counted) I got 3 blocks down to feed my crew and realized what was happening. I went back and was told the fries were hot when I gave them to you. I am only replacing the ones that you brought back. We not responsible once you go home. We were working 3 blocks away. Not to mention the manager said nothing. She was too busy listening to rap music in the kitchen. Just ghetto. No offer of compensation on a $40 order. I can spend my money elsewhere. Not to mention we watched a girl cooking, hair everywhere, touching raw food then making burgers to serve without changing her gloves while waiting for 2 new fries. This place needs to be closed. I’m embarrassed to say I ever worked for them. Next time I will go to BURGER KING and have it my way or at least the way it’s supposed to be. McDonald’s is the reason I hate fast food. I should have followed my mind and not gave in to hunger just to be treated sideways and possibly get food poisoning. Stay away from this place. If I could give no stars that’s what they would get. I was in there this morning and the first thing I saw was an employee tell and give the cook a sausage biscuit order that had cheese on it that apparently should not have had cheese so the person that took the sandwich broke off the part with cheese, wrap it back up and hand it back to the employee to give to the customer. My order was a small caramel frappe that once it was made sat there until I got the attention of the manager to tell her that was my order, she ask did I want a fresh one because I had been waiting I just ask for more whipped cream and caramel which she did . I left only to get in the car to drink my frappe and it taste like coffee flavored water, Very disappointed. The last thing is that every ( I am not exaggerating) employee had a frown and bad attitude. The customers were complaining. I would like to know who the owner is because for them to be in the black neighborhood and serving the customers this way is unprofessional. The supervisor saw it and said nothing.
