This is the absolute WORST place i’ve ordered from by far. I placed an order through UberEats, where you can CLEARLY see the order and what it is that the customer ordered. They even give the option for “Special Directions” in case you wanted something specifically prepared. My order was very simple, 10 lemon-pepper wings. I should’ve known something was up when it took an awfully long time to “prepare the order” as it showed in the app. I waited an entire hour and 15 minutes just to find out it was the WRONG order! The order I received was absolutely NOTHING like mine. 10 half/half buffalo and barbecue wings, with a side of french fries. That’s not what I ordered? So, I called the restaurant and told them I received the wrong order like any other person would. I could hear someone in the back ground complaining “well we cant do anything about that.” Excuse me? First of all, that isn’t a respectful tone to use when all i’m doing is trying to see what the issue was with my order. The customer service was TERRIBLE! It’s repulsive to hear someone say something like that to a customer when all they’re trying to do is understand what went wrong. They tried to mediate everything by replacing my order if I went up there but, what sense does that make when you could’ve done everything ONLINE and make it easier for the both of us? Read moreI go during lunch time and never had an issue until today. This is my second time having the new guy Amir struggle to take my order. I simply wanted to know the special for the day. He didn't know immediately! After I told him today is Tuesday there's a special. He pointed at the 0.70 poster. He asked what flavors after telling him the first time he asked. So I had to look at the board again. Before I could speak he cut me off and asked again. He asked three times! I asked for regular fries and he charged me for a large. His problem is he wouldn't let me finish a simple order because he cut me off and didn't know the specials. I also requested that they didn't fry my wings hard bc sometimes they've been too hard and over cooked. He gave me attitude then walked to the kitchen and wrote on the ticket. Overall he has a bad attitude! He only worked here for 2-3 months he should know the menu by now and he needs to be a little friendlier. I come early so I don't have to deal with rudeness. When I asked his name he lied and said Maliki. I didn't find that on the receipt so I asked the female Kayla and she just stood there silent. She didn't want to tell me his name. Read moreI have gone to this location several times in the past couple of years and have never had a problem. The place was clean, the cashier was always very friendly and accommodating and the service was a little slow at times, but the order was always correct. The seasoned fries are not always a fan favorite of mine but the fresh-cut seasoned fries are often hot and very tasty. You must try their rolls next time you go to this food franchise, the rolls are super soft, big, and buttery. The rolls just melt in your mouth and most folks used the mustard sauce or ranch, but I suggest you try the blue cheese sauce. It is the best when sampling the hotter chicken sauce choices. My favorites when going there are the Spicy Korean, Mild, Hawaiian (Sweet and Sour Chicken flavor), Smokey Barbecue, and yes, the Manago Habanero. It is good but will burn your guts out. 😆 That is why with the right dipping sauce, the sauce could offset some of that heat!!
