McDonald's — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

My family and I just left this location. The cashier was very friendly, but my problem was the women's bathroom which was horrible. I went and told the carpet that told one of the assistant managers (female with a long ponytail). She said man they keep telling me and the guy that was suppose to clean it left (she went back to work). They obviously showed they did not care about the sanitation for the customers. Once I got my food I went back for ketchup and the huge manager (female I believe.. Well she looked like make/female). Is the rudest person I ever seen. I asked for the ketchup with a smile she made no wow contact and with a dry I don't want to work today voice "how many you need" I got it and say down. As my family and I ate we hear an argument, a male customer ass a female worker... Guess who.... THE FREAKING MANAGER. The man kept saying how rude she was and the manager kept arguing with him back and forth. Like where is your professionalism. The man was making threats but the manager kept going telling him she want going anywhere, she is right there, so what you gonna do. We took our kids food and left. She had no concern for the safety of they customers. I will be sending pictures to cooperate and speaking to them about...

I had the worst experience ever. When placing my order I was told there were no tenders ,so I ordered a fish filet meal (fresh) & then was told no sweet tea. I went to pay for my order & asked the young man cashier ,why no sweet tea? He never answered,received my food & my filet was not fresh(bun wasn't steamed) ,not to mention I waited over ten minutes to receive order. I came inside to let the manager know my order wasn't right,she took the food & asked the kitchen to remake my order ,the boy in the kitchen laughed as if it was funny (so I got upset & said return my money ) still no apology from the manager. While standing inside I mentioned I was told no sweet tea (no one respond) the cashier up front says to another employee ,you know how to make sweet tea (he said yes) . Very unprofessional place . Please train your crew & managers on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ,because of customers they have a job.I hope this message help this location & no one ever have to experience...

We sat for 10 minutes just to order and when she finally came to take our order she was in the middle of an argument and as she was taking our order she had to keep saying hold on because she was still in the middle of arguing with her co-worker. The real fun was once we placed the order she left the window to go finish the argument so we had to wait another 5 minutes just to pay for our food. Then it got better because we had to wait another 15 minutes for our food. The burgers were ready but the fries were not and if it couldn't get any worse a young lady walks up to the window as we are waiting for our meal because they forgot to give her her fries with her order they young lady tells me the reason I was still waiting was because they were waiting for our fries to get done but it was amazing how she gave the young lady her fries but I was still waiting for mines. At least the fries was hot but the burgers was...
