I had the worst experience at McDonald’s on June 25th, 2025, when I went inside with my mom and saw that an employee, who had just finished helping another customer, walked away for about a minute while we waited at the counter for only 2–3 minutes, and what upset me the most was that I have a disability and the employee clearly saw both of us but still ignored us, then came back and said, “Oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t see you,” even though she did, and after that she walked away again and started laughing with another employee while my mom and I stood there feeling completely disrespected especially because it was obvious they were laughing at us because of my condition and when another employee finally came over to take our order and we asked about the laughing, they denied it even though we knew it was directed at us, and when we asked one of them for their name, the employee refused and claimed she wasn’t allowed to give it, and when I said I would report the incident to a manager the next time I came in, she didn’t seem to care at all, which made the situation even worse because it was clear that none of the employees were taking their jobs seriously they were just standing around, talking, ignoring customer orders, likely because there was no manager present, and it felt like they thought they could do whatever they wanted without consequences, and the one named Tiara, the girl with glasses, was the person who made the joke and laughed at us along with two other employees, which made my mom and me feel completely mistreated, judged, and unwelcome, so the next time I return to this McDonald’s, I fully intend to speak with a manager and report the entire...

"We are number one" why care about our stores appearance. I know, I know, franchise. But franchise owners aside it's still their responsibility because it's their name. Where do I begin. The service is so slow it's a joke. The last few times I have been here it took 18 to 20 minutes! For drive through! The last time they even thought it was a good idea to make me wait around the corner where two other cars were already waiting. If you have been here you know there's not a lot of space. Read moreThe picture of the Sundaes ice cream they sell shows a peak of ice cream at the top with th fudge cream over it on the ordering board. But when I received it, it was flat to the cup, which makes the spherical cover with the hole on top superfluous. The lady told me that's the was they are supposed to make them. So I talked to the manager, and told him the sundae listed on the board shows more ice cream by peaking on top then the flat on they gave me. He answered keep the ice cream and made another one with a peak of ice cream on top. And it is a big deal because those sundaes are expensive, and I should be getting my money's worth. The manager did an excellent job with no pushback whatsoever in remedying this situation. The only problem I had was the chicken sandwiches are of average quality in taste, especially when considering the high cost they charge you with for them.
