The community needs you to make this work. I think it would be beneficial to retrain your staff on operational expectations and customer service. Example I came at 12:10 and no one was found. I knocked on the window and waited so long that I eventually called on the phone to try to get someone’s attention to come to the counter. Finally walked out because I was concerned that maybe I wasn’t suppose to be in there so I checked the opening times and confirmed that yes indeed you’re open. Finally someone came to the front…. Did not apologize for the wait…. I asked for the 2 pizza slice deal for her to say it would be at least 30 mins because they haven’t started cooking. How are you going to target the lunch time rush by having what I believed to be advertised as a quick lunch pick up, by having ppl then have to wait 30 mins for pizza slices? I just feel Iike this is such an amazing opportunity and would hate for you all to miss out on this business thriving.

I also think there show be milder...

I was referred to this restaurant in Feb 25’. I walked inside and was highly inspired about the brand of black history on the walls. It was beautiful, historical art. I believe the the brand statement says they are more than just fast food. I tried it and was impressed. The phlavaz” were unique.

I wanted more and ordered the same thing which was the jerk chicken tacos. I paid the almost $16 received my food. As I opened it up I noticed my fries were cool and stale. I went back inside shared my concern and thought the young lady handled it professionally; ONLY to find out she just placed the remaining highly drizzled salty fries in another box and they too were STALE AND SALTY it was just A LOT of fries. I asked for fresh fries NOT a 100 salty stale fries!! 🤔 Very disappointed....

I hate to do this....but what happened??? The first time I came here and had the jerk turkey burger and fries....it was sooooo good. The fries had some kind parmesan lime seasoning or something on them and the burger was mouth watering but ta-day..... UGH!!!! What changed? This burger is soooooo dry, my cheese isn't even melted. I peeled it off my burger like a bad toupée. My fries do not taste fresh and have no, and I mean ZERO seasoning and flavor. I'm so disappointed. I don't know what changed but I doubt I will spend another $15. I didn't even eat it all🤦🏽‍♀️ was this a frozen turkey burger patty or something? I don't know, it's not...
