The food is good,however the service is unfriendly and they behave as if your bothering them especially if you place an order over the phone. They rush you and hardly let you get your order out while trying to tell you how long the order will take for pickup but not how much it will cost. There are no uses of Thank you or your welcome. This is partly why I feel guilty when I have a taste for their food once or twice a year because they don't deserve my hard earned money with such rude service.

UPDATE: I decided to try them out again on March 24,2025. As a walk-in I ordered Singapore noodles and a 6pc Chicken whole chicken wings and 2 eggrolls. The wait was about 30 minutes as it became crowded around the 4:30pm mark. Upon arriving home I realized I only received 5 wings and not 6 wings. I called back the next day to clarify and was told there should have been 6 wings. I was given a rushed " sorry" and dismissed. I feel at least the offer of a can pop or something comparable upon my next visit.....if there is a next visit would have been acceptable. Food is entirely too expensive and times are too hard for these types of "mistakes " to be occurring and dismissed so cavalierly. Not unless this is not a mistake and a wing is missing from several orders a day and more than a few customers are being told sorry and every 5 customers cheated a wing but paying full price allows you to fulfill another order.... thus you not raising prices but cutting corners. This may seem like a reach but tge sorry came to fast and it sounded like he was not shocked in the least and this isca normal practice. As I sit here after 2 and 1/2 hours still awaiting my order, it dawned on me why I stopped my support of this establishment. I can over look the poor food preparation that I have encountered in the past, as well as the tardiness of my delivery by a few minutes. I cannot overlook being lied too, and poor customer service. Long story short, my order is NOW 1 and 1/2 hours LATE, and I have called three times about the whereabouts of my order. Each time I have been told the order is out for delivery, and it will be there shortly. Enough ALREADY!! This is why I moved my business to Grand Chinese kitchen. At least my orders are on time, and as ordered. I will NEVER, NEVER use this establishment going forward. Buyer Beware 🤔😒.

Update: my order arrived 2.45 hours late. The driver blamed it on the computer, of course 🤔? The business called me and promised a freshly cooked version of my original order, to arrive at my home in 45 minutes. At least they seem to be wanting to rectify this situation somewhat. Update: I received my original re-made order in 1.5 hours. So the effort was a good one by the business, and I thank them for that. I am sorry to say that the food was not what it used to be. That's as polite as I can honestly be. I will not be using this establishment going forward. Update: The end of the Saga. I was informed by my credit card company that a duplicate charge from this firm had been submitted the next day 🤔? The un-authorized charge was disputed, and removed. This is our go-to for Chinese food, even though it's far from where we live. The past two visits, however, left me less than thrilled. One of the visits, the normally delectable gravy had a bitter burnt flavor, which unfortunately infused into the egg foo young and the extra gravy I purchased had to be trashed. On a subsequent visit, again the gravy was an issue. For people like me, who love how the gravy marries with the egg foo young, and is an added flavor profile to the rice, be it fried or white, the flavor is important. On this occasion, the gravy was made with cornstarch and had little of the flavor I've come to know them for and the green onion in the egg foo young and fried rice was hardly visible and detectable. I decided to share my experience with the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised with their going to lengths to validate my complaint.
