HONEY BAKED HAM STONY ISLAND. I must say I was very very disappointed. This ham was no where near worth the $58 for half a ham. It was dry, salty and no sweetness at all. The directions call for heating ham on 220 degrees 10mins for every pound. I followed direction exactly as stated. The ham was 7 pounds, so it called for 1 hour 10 minutes. When opening up foil, I was greeted with, I'm not actually sure what it was, something brown and hard. I don't know if it was the glazed🤷 if so, it was hard. I could just peel it off. For the glaze to have been like that it leads me to wonder was this ham frozen at some point???. I'm not saying everybody's experience will be the same. This was my first experience with them and definitely my last. I ended up dressing this ham my self with some pineapple juice cherry juice and brown sugar. Hopefully this will help it taste better. Otherwise to the dog it goes. And why did I have to warm it myself? The purpose of buying from them was so I wouldn't have to do that. I thought it would be ready to eat from store🤷 Fool me once, twice won't happen.👎👎

I have been purchasing hams from here for over 30 years! Yesterday I picked up my very small half-ham for $64.52! I was OK with the price as I knew it would be delicious. I was wrong - the ham is dry as a bone! Seems as though it was overcooked and under seasoned. It does not have the flavor that I've grown to love. Actually there is very little of any flavor. This long-time customer is done! This is my last purchase from here.

Today I went to pick up a small ham ordered a week ago. Once I arrived, I was told to stand outside—only 5 allowed inside. People were socially distanced. I emphasized that it is below zero degrees. The windchill is -0° to -20°. The worker told me she knew the temperature and the wait would be 5 minutes. I stood outside for about 3 minutes. A customer walked away and said the employees could be outdoors delivering to customers. Another lady entered; she was told on the phone to walk in. The worker told her the same thing I was told. I left. No compassion or reason. I can’t stand in -20° temperatures: inhumane. I would give no stars, if I could.

I drove to the Honey Baked Ham on N. Ashland. They had a long fast moving line of customers. I was even told...

I bought a ham bone. The price was decent. They don't give you the full hambone. They give you cut cubed pieces of ham & cut up bone pieces. They give you a decent amount. The ham has no flavor & taste like it was boiled. I will not be going back. This was the second time I had gone there. The first time, they had no ham bones, no ham period. The reason they gave for not having any was they had a catering event & that caused them to be out of ham. 2 strikes & I'm done. I do not need a 3rd strike to know this is not the store for me. I am disappointed that this is the case. Hopefully, other shoppers have a...
