Shark's Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

Customer service is very poor here, just ordered some shrimp & perch dinners. When the food was opened up, I found gnats in the coleslaw. I called to inform them, and the lady who's been there for a year, told me the coleslaw is "free", it doesn't come with the dinner, so they will not compensate for any contaminated food. Her remedy was for me to return it to the store. Be cautious they probably have other pests in this establishment. Maybe I should inform the health department. An apology doesn't suffice. We're regular customers, so imagine how they treat new customers. They have no regard for people's health. They just want the money. The catfish steaks were fabulous!! It was hot, fresh and delicious! Sooo good! I completely freaked out by how tasty this dinner is. This was excellent food. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. No lemon pepper salt seasoning and it was still yummy. My new favorite fish joint in South Shore. So far so good! Based on two orders it's definitely a winner. I stand by my initial 5 star review however the quality of the food has gone down. My last order of fried chicken was very disappointing.
