Refused to fill order as ORDERED on door dash and it was somehow my fault. No I don't understand how a large half pound roast beef MEAL, A large double cheddar roast beef MEAL, and a large gyro MEAL all means 2 double roast beef sandwiches no drinks no fries no meals. Doordash resubmits the order arbys then cancels it then CALLS ME TO Berate me and to call me a liar. I had sent Doordash pictures of thier printed Receipt and food in bag clearly showing items in bag werent what was ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION YOU WILL BE HARASSED FOR THIER MISTAKES. I also posted the phone call they made to me on youtube. Such a trashy store ran by a trashy...

The food was fine, however the attitude of the staff was ridiculous. When I got to the window the girl at the window was rude and told me to pull up and wait for my food, as I was going to ask for arby's sauce she turned and walked away. When she brought my food to the car and I asked for arbys sauce, she looked at me like it was a huge inconvenience to go get arbys sauce and rolled her eyes and said really! This would have been solved with listening for five seconds at the window. My jalopeno poppers were thrown in my bad upside down so they ended up throughout the bag soaking my napkins in grease.

Im gald the lady that was working with the guy that took my card was there, because I wouldn't have got my debit card back. Employee took my card for payment and didnt return. The other employee came to window and gave my card back. And you may want to get a larger curly fry if you want the quantity of them you original wanted. They just scraped up the old fries that were not fresh but dry and hard. I threw them away... see picture of a large fry half full. The rest of them wasn't in the bag, just served "leftover i dont care cause we bout to close fries". And the roast beef was room temp at best. Made a semi cold sandwich and served it. Wasted...
