Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

Was pretty good went late so there was a long line they have a huge variety on their menu usually great customer service too I think the tacos the have are very over rated only good if your drunk or something lol have two locations in this town not sure which one is better though but I never regret eating here in any town really haha chicken sandwich here is bomb dot com good burgers too they got jalapeno bites too I know every one loves those at least I think and if you don't get some new taste buds also they are very convenient because there are open late and for night owls like me that's an important quality in any food chain or restaurant I love it here and will definitely order again I think they could use an update on there building and put some more types of chicken sandwiches on the menu (they only have two) sad day sad day hopefully they add more soon I'm never disappointed here although I don't like there fries all that much but that's why I replace them will a different menu item Everytime I go here haha if you need a late night munch this is the place always yummy too anyways hope my review was helpful to someone please have a good day everyone and good...

It’s Jack in the Box, what can I say? It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it wasn’t remarkable, either. Hey, 3 stars in this case is not a negative review at all. It’s simply average because that is what I got - average. The order was not messed up and I got exactly what I ordered. The quality of the food was average. The service was average. And the time to get my food was average. So, all in all, the experience was average and there is an average chance that I will come back. There is also an equally average chance that I will choose a different fast food alternative. I think everybody should experience and average experience at a fast food joint once in awhile. Too many people think fast food can only be totally awful or totally superb. Why can’t we also expect that fast food can also be average once in awhile? Nothing wrong with average. I ordered food there tonight and I called and let them know a few items were missing they swore the food was in my bag and well unfortunately it was not. We asked for the manager or general manager and they didn't even bother telling us the email or number we could get ahold of them. sadly right by your register says if we serve your order wrong we will fix it free of charge, you need to take that sign down because instead of fixing the problem they argued that they didn't mess up. sadly mistakes happen and we fix them but to act like one wasn't made is completely ignorant on your team members to argue with customers and think that's ok. I see other comments where the manager argues too. maybe this place should be shut down since it's clearly unprofessional. I will go to the one on Broadway from now on because this was a mistake to ever...
