I love java espress! It seems like everytime I go Juan is there, juan is hands down my favorite employee. He is always so kind and makes sure your order is just right! He works at the location on 17th by big lots, this is my go to location. The only reason this place isnt 5 star is because occasionally when we go in for coffee runs there is an employee who treats me, and my classmates like we are an inconvenience and that she has better places to be. I want to like this place but it's so inconsistent. Always have coffee grounds in the bottom of my coffee. The lattes are meh. To sweet or not sweet enough, or I have bitter espresso grounds in the bottom of my cup chilling in the milky foam. This place is like "Goldie Locks and The Three Bears". It works for Sunday coffee as other better coffee shops are closed. I think the coffee, and drinks would be much better if the employees were trained on how to make coffee.
