If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered an ice cream birthday cake for my little brother’s birthday party and there were multiple pieces of hair in the first four slices we cut. We called the Idaho falls baskin robins asking for a replacement cake or a refund and the manager refused to talk to us on the phone. The employee said we would have to take the cake out of the trash and bring it in and they would replace it. Do they want the mangled and hairy cake to serve to other innocent customers? Whoever runs this business needs to train their staff in a more efficient way and provide better customer service. I’ve been a lifelong customer of baskin robins and will no longer be going. If I can’t trust a business to provide a safe and clean product or at least offer a reasonable and fair solution to THEIR mistake then it’s not worth the money. Read moreIf there was a way to leave no stars I would. I went in to get some ice cream. We saw on the menu there was “2 quarts for $14.99” and we got that. When we got to the register the girl gave us the total of $21.89. I tried to explain to her what we ordered and she didn’t even look up at me she just said it was $10 each. The girl that originally helped us should have said that what we thought we were getting would be more expensive. I was beyond upset at the customer service and the lack of knowledge the staff had. When I got home I called and was told they “don’t have a manager”. She told me that I am not the first customer that has complained about this issue. In other words I’m not the first person Baskin Robbin’s has screwed over. It’s beyond frustrating to have to do this but it is needing to be said. I will have a hard time going back after this. The most frustrating thing is we paid $21.00 and the quarts weren’t even full. They were only filled about 3/4 of the way. 10/10...

We recently purchased a take out order of ice cream for a large group of children, and when we opened the bag, the sizes were wildly inconsistent, some not even equal to a kiddie size, even though we had ordered and paid for regulars. No big deal—we brought the order back to be corrected. We were treated with extreme rudeness by the employees, a group of teenage girls who met us with eye rolls and excuses about why we had no reason to complain. Furthermore, when we brought this to the attention of the manager, she was even more impolite than her employees had been. There are plenty of great ice cream shops in town. In the future we will patronize literally any shop other than this one, where we can trust that we won’t be met with the rude behavior and poor management of the people running this Baskin Robbins.
