This location is a joke. I tried to place an order on the app (something i habe done many times through McDonalds with no issues) and it took an item off my order when processing so i went inside the location to get my order fixed and the lady asked me to wait while she called employees trying to get people to come in to shift and then wandered all over the store muttering to herself/me about staffing which is not my business then she finally gets up to me and i go to speak and she tells me to wait and then boots up her computer and asks what i want and i start to tell her about my issue and she cuts me off and says she can't do anything for me without even letting me tell her what's wrong so i ask her to just cancel my order then and she tells me she can't that i have to (which there is no option for me to on the app i had already checked) so i told her no, she needed to cancel my order if she wasn't going to help me fix it so instead she goes and gets me $3.25 cash (my wrong order was $3.17 since it took my sandwich off) and hands it to me. Didn't help with my issue at all and frankly i didn't want cash i wanted it on my card and i still have an order "ongoing" in my app. She did not seem at all competent and the other people in the building were blatantly ignoring her while she spoke to them and also made no attempts to help me. I will not be trying this...
Read moreFirst off, let me start by saying that I really do enjoy Burger King. As a matter of fact, it is with out a doubt my favorite Fast Food. So I am rating them a 3 star because of that. This particular store I have issues with and have spoken to Mangement as well Corporate from the HB Boys franchise regarding the Broadway store. I caution all travelers to use your best judgment. Honestly, if you're like me that loves the King, then I would suggest the one on N. Yellowstone. There you WILL get CONSISTENCY and QUALITY. I do not know what is going on with this particular store, but they do not meet the BK standard. In the past 9 months, this is the fourth time, I asked for a Whopper with heavy pickles. As per BK policy a Whopper should have 4 slices. When a consumer asks for heavy pickles they're supposed to get 2 extra pickles. This is so that there is not one particular ingredient over powering another. It supposed to have balance. Not a wad of pickles, so that when you bite into it, it taste like a pickle from the jar with bread. 19 slices all wadded up. UNACCEPTABLE !!! As I said, proceed with caution, but strongly recommend the N....
Read moreSERIOUSLY STILL LIKE I REMEMBER FROM WHEN I WAS LITTLE!! We only eat fast food, once a week. And it has to be somewhere close, as we're dead tired come Friday night. After 6 years here, I finally discovered there was a burger king close by, so I told the hubby, that's what I want. (I haven't had a whopper in 10 years. And I'm getting sick of the same old other fast food) We expected the same usual service, and the same pre-made food, but OMG!! The order taker was so polite to ask us to give her a second, to take our order, then she was so patient to take our order, when others get so frustrated that they can't hear my hubby. Our food may have taken a minute longer than others, but we weren't asked to pull forward, and it definitely wasn't as long as when others ask you to pull forward. And again, she was so sweet to us. Then I get home and see our food.... It was as fresh and perfect as I remember from 10 years ago. Thank you, for keeping the quality of your staff and your food, as good as it was...
