Visited a few weeks ago. We were traveling through the area pulling our camper. As we pulled in to the parking lot it appeared there was no indoor seating or ordering. As we pulled around to the drive thru lane we discovered our rig would be too tall (some drive thru's we fit in and some we don't). As my husband pulled our rig around the outside of the drive thru lane I jumped out to take a look at the menu anyway (we don't have Carl's Jr in our area). There weren't any other cars at the time so I was yelling the menu over to my husband. As another car pulled up I started to move out of the way and we were going to leave. The lady in that car rolled down her window and said no it's ok go ahead and order. I explained to her that because I didn't have a car in the lane it didn't seem to trigger that I was there. So she said I'll pull my car up and you order. (Omg that was so nice). I placed my order and walked around to the window. My husband pulled up with our rig and I stood between the window and our rig. I was worried I would be told I couldn't do that. I was very cautious to keep my distance, same as if I was in a car. Thank you to the lady in the car behind us and thank you to Carl's Jr for allowing us to complete our transaction in this way. Food was excellent and we would eat...
Read moreFood was great. But the service was just horrible. When I went there it wasn’t really too busy. They had drive through orders going but I was the only one ordering inside. Either the employees were new or just lazy. They wouldn’t give me eye contact nor acknowledge an order was ready. I noticed that some orders were piling up on the heat rack so I walked over and asked about my order. She said hold on and slowly walked to the back. I could see my order on the screen flashing red. It was running into a 25 min. wait time. All I ordered was two burgers and fries for $20. No special instructions just as is. -_-
Also, the place inside was dirty. Tables weren’t cleaned and everything was sticky. As we’re leaving I overheard one employee tell another employee (One who was slowly walking back and fourth never really doing anything the time while the other ones worked) that she needed to be cleaning, as that’s what she was supposed to be doing this whole time. She rolled her eyes and slowly walked away. Did she ever clean? I doubt it. Fire these types of people and replace them with kiosk’s.

Read moreI ordered some thing from the menu online (VEG IT.® - GUACAMOLE THICKBURGER®), Apparently they don't serve that burger which by the way they dint tell us about and served us (1/2LB. MILE HIGH BACON CHEESEBURGER) and charged 8 bucks for each one of them. When i went back to register to ask them about it, that is when they told me that they do not serve VEG IT.® - GUACAMOLE THICKBURGER® there. But they offered to fix it for me which i was happy about but only for a minute, They removed the 1/2lb patties and bread(for some reason) and wrapped the rest of the stuff (guacamole,cheese,bacon) in lettuce, and have not even offered to cut the price ( 8 bucks for lettuce and guacamole is a lot!).
