The lady that was working on 8/14/2025 around 8am-8:30am in the drive through needs to be fired! She has HORRIBLE customer service! Ordered 2 drinks with oat milk & 1 with vanilla sweet cold foam.. which was on the sticker btw. When my friend Lauren told her it was wrong the lady was VERY rude to her & seemed like it was such a hassle to get her to just add what we paid for (refused to add it btw) , not only that but we didn’t even get oat milk, me not so much of a bid deal, I just enjoy it! My friend on the other hand, VERY lactose intolerant & we told them to remake the matcha & the iced latte bc she couldn’t have regular milk & we PAID FOR IT! Sure enough, they purposefully did regular milk on BOTH drinks & still no cold foam on mine, LOL! The new drinks were not with oat milk & my friend didn’t know until she took 1 sip & had a stomach ache right away! Not only was the oat milk, vanilla sweet cold foam & the syrup missing for our drinks but the lady was NOT willing to fix it! I will be reaching out to corporate about this as that is NOT OKAY! Normally this location is just rude in general, old ahhh hags that can’t get a better job, so they take it out on guest, so normally I’m just as rude back because I don’t take that ish, but my dear friend is an angel & was too stressed about the whole situation & needed to be at work! DO BETTER OR GET A DEGREE SO YOU AREN'T SO MISERABLE !!
Read moreMy supose and I go the to this location on a regular basis and order through the mobile app for pick up in store, seeing as how we pick up our coffee before heading into town for work. More often than I'd like, we had an issue. Most times, the staff does not even acknowledge our presence. Today we did the usual, placed an order for pick up in store and when we arrive, we noticed a sign on the door that said that location was only offering drive through services. It would make the most sense for Starbucks to let their customers know this ahead of time so the idea of Starbucks being the most convient option can be replaced and other less time consuming options can be looked into. In the past when this location has only been able to serve through the drive through, the app let us know that pick up in store was not an option. I'm not sure why today they decided to not show us the same respect and take an additional 15 minutes of our time but due to this my supose and I were late starting our days and did not start off on the right foot like Starbucks, the company, would like to suggest you do when you purchase...
Read moreThe customer service was absolutely atrocious here- the older women taking my order was polite at first but after a misunderstanding (probably due to how early it was) she began getting frustrated and short with me. When I clarified my drink order she made the rude remark of "that's a completely different order from what you first told me, just pull up", when I pulled up I was confronted with the worst interaction I've ever had with a Starbucks employee.
