Well, went for opening night. Stood in line. Outside. It was cold. The door bouncer let several people jump in front of us and when we asked him if there was a VIP line, he said no. We asked why people not in line we're getting in...he said it was our issue to deal with. Really??? Really? You've lost our business forever. Doormen are supposed to manage that kind of thing. I'll make sure to spread the word about my negative experience. *Edit: I appreciate the review response. Always nice to know business owners care about (potential) customer experience. I should clarify that we had no issue waiting in line. That is always expected at such events and the weather is out of all of our hands. My frustrations lies with the gentleman checking ID's at the door. From my experience/customer stand-point, it is just poor business practice/customer service to allow others, who have not been waiting in line, in front of patrons who had already been waiting. It is not our issue to deal with, as he stated it was. It is that of the business. I don't know if he was a veteran but guessing so since that is a big part of your mission/business. Which is great! I fully support and appreciate our veterans. Many of my family and friends are veterans. As far as verbal harassment or expletives being used, I am not certain what that is in regards to. I would never act like that, whether or not I knew someone was a vet. And I most certainly did not do such thing upon leaving your establishment. I simply handed the beer menu to your...
Read moreFirst things first, the beer is good. Hard to equate for everyone since everyone's tastes are different but I liked it and would recommend it. It's an old firehouse and they updated it and made it nice inside. It isn't a huge seating area so it almost feels like a neighborhood bar, but new haha. I don't know how to say that exactly, but I found the interior nice. And if I lived close by I would definitely just be walking over when I had the chance.
Also, a big plus is the patio. I usually prefer being outside when I can be. Their patio is nice, it's spaced out well and there was a decent amount of shade from their shades they have put up. I only took a picture of the patio, but you'll just have to trust me the inside is nice too....
Read moreMy boyfriend and I just moved to Idaho a couple days ago and found this brewery in our neighborhood. The owner, Beth was bartending and she could not have been nicer. She let us pick FRESH hops off of a vine she had just picked that morning and add it to our beer, which I have never seen before. Incredible! The beer was some of the best I’ve had in Idaho so far. Beth has 2 gluten free beers that for once aren’t ciders or seltzers. (I have a gluten allergy so this was very exciting for me). It was a super friendly and inviting environment and she even has water bowls for dogs on the patio so we can sit outside with our pups! We will be back...
