Lousy food, service and staff. I have gone there several time after complaining to the Manager. Nothing really changed. I even drove back on 2 other occasions when I ordered my burgers WITHOUT ONIONS, got home and there were onions in my burger. I am highly allergic to raw onions. Yet... I had to drive back twice to get my order re made. I always went though the drive thru. Rudeness at the window, never repeating the order, and the final straw was when I ordered the 2 for. $6.00 mix and match. I ordered one Impossible Whopper and one Regular Whopper. My wife ordered 1 Spicy Chicken sandwich and 1Crispy Chicken Sandwich. We received or order at the window. The girl never repeated our order. We then drove home. We got our table set and was ready to eat. We pulled our sandwiches out of the bag. Once again.....we were greatly disappointed. I received 2 Impossible Whoppers and my wife receive 2 Crispy Chicken Sandwiches. Unbelievable. I really was very upset. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt several times. It rang and rang then went to fax machine. Ok I understand their little game. Don't ever eat at Burger King off of 2nd. St. In Nampa, Idaho. Ever. I also must add that I got sick on that Impossible Whopper. Caution...do you know what is in the Impossible Whopper? I researched it and there's 21 ingredients in it. One main one is methylcellulose. You're better off eating real meat. This is used as a laxative. No wonder I got an upset stomach and diarrhea.

Read moreI do apologize but I can not understand broken English. I ordered the #1 and the bread is cold and the fries were over salted. When I was in drive through the lady was upset with me cause I couldn't understand her. When they gave me my food they assumed the straw for my drink was in the bag and I asked for a straw and she then closed her window. While I sat and waited for her to return the other two girls were looking at me and not doing anything about the fact I was still waiting in drive through. When the lady finally returned I asked for a straw and she said to me that it was in the bag. I told her, again, that the straw was not in the bag and she again said yes it was. I then gave her back the bag and asked "if it is there then you find it". She gave me a nasty look and started to look in the bag. When she realized that I'm not a dumba** she then gave me a straw and my bag. Didn't even apologize for arguing with me over a straw. If you can't afford to give a customer an extra straw then you should probably shut down shop, cause if a straw is going to break you then better get out now. I will not be returning there and I will be making sure my 32 employee's will not be eating lunch there from now on. Thanks for hiring people that can't speak English and people that have horrible...
Read moreI spoke to the LEAST helpful person possible. Yvonda or whatever her name was. Older lady with a mixture of blonde and gray hair. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. How someone like that works in customer service and food is unbelievable. Burger King offers a free whopper when you leave a review and use your receipt to complete the survey before you get the validation code. I screenshotted the validation code in case I lost my receipt or if got thrown away. Sure enough it got thrown away. Anyway I go into the Burger King in Boise on Fairview to try and claim my free whopper for once since they have been offering it. Sure enough I get the Karen of Burger King. Her main focus is customer service and provide delicious food for her customers. She of course was sassy and rude and refused to honor my whopper even though I had a screenshot of my validation code for proof!
