Mongolian BBQ Fairview Boise — Restaurant in Garden City

I can say the food was not the greatest because it tasted like wood they used three broken sticks wrapped up with rubber bands. I recommend some spatulas. The cook didn't clean the surface of the grill after he just finished cooking the other person's meal. The person looked like he didn't care about his job. The server was okay, there is one main server who took our plates even though she tried to help us but we didn't need any help in the beginning. She asked what flavors I would like and the same thing with my friend mild or spicy. She was trying to help but she was rushing the process, the thing is she kept on mixing different types oils and I mean lots of oil within the food. but before we even tasted the food server asked how is the food? The server kept on watching us. Like I haven't tasted it yet. The restaurant seems little sketchy at first, it needs some organizing. If I was the food expector I would have called out violations here. It needs some work, I'm not coming back...

Pros- Great selection of many vegetables and proteins, and everything appears to be fresh and crisp. The buffet bar was clean, but the restaurant was just moderately busy.. Great taste on everything I ordered and service was fast. Packaging was well done, and no sauce dripped out of the bag on my drive home. Cons- This should have been a5-starr review, but I need to deduct one star for the sad expression on all the employees' faces. I even said hello to the cook as he was preparing my order, but he never made eye contact and never said a word. There is a sign up front at the cash register that says all meals come with rice and soup. When I asked about the soup, they told me that it was only for dine-in orders. Then why isn't that listed on their sign? So, I had to deduct another star for that. Where to begin with this place, i walked through the door and got nothing but attitude from the lady cashier after saying I’m here for carry out and proceeded to stare at me as I walked down to the line, as I’m adding sauces to my meal, the chef starts giving me attitude about the amount of noodles I got which wasn’t that much and I wasn’t causing issues at all I went to grab a couple napkins to be ready when my food was done and the chef yelled at me for grabbing 2 napkins to set my food on and is staring me up and down and starts talking to the lady at the front. Once I go to pay, she starts the attitude again complaining about the amount of noodles I got, this is my first visit and last one too. Would rate 0...
