Our order was never made! We made our order online: 2 medium pizzas one topping each, cheese sticks, and 6 piece wings. Got an online confirmation and tracking. We kept checking on it but for over 30 mins it never moved passed the “we’re making your order.”
I waited an hour after we had placed our order to call and check on our food. A girl picked up the phone and said she did not see an order under our names or phone numbers and the order didn’t even exist. She asked me to send a screenshot and I did, she then sent the manager to speak with me over the phone.
The manager explained that they called a number in which a man (with a different phone number) had said he did not order pizza. They canceled the order and refunded us, which did show as refunded back to our card. I refused to place a new order because they did not reach out to us by our phone numbers and address placed in the order and tell us what happened to our order. I was not going to wait another whole hour while they figure out how to run their business and make pizza. I guess they would rather have customers complain about them than do their job.
I am utterly confused and appalled by their customer service. I am not usually someone who writes negative reviews either, so this was infuriating and just plain unacceptable. The manager sounds like a teen who does not have a clue at professionalism or how to handle customer service complaints. They don’t even deserve a star. Order pizza with heavy caution here, otherwise, stick to Idaho pizza company. Many of these franchise pizza companies hire incompetent employees and this is not the first pizza place we’ve had issues with...
Read moreThis location is just terrible. They delivered to us for years, then started to refuse to deliver to us based on the fact that "we have never delivered to your neighborhood, ever". We basically had an argument over whether or not our neighborhood existed with the numbskull on the phone. So, ok fine, they won't deliver, so several years later I tried to do pick up at their location (last month). I put in my order 5 hours in advance, and showed up right on time. They made me stand there for 20 minutes with two small kids while they handed out orders to other people who ordered after I did (my order number was first on the screen, and the lowest number). I was not early. No apologies, no discount, just lukewarm pizza, and a box of wings that they put the sauce on when they were too warm, so it all ran off.
Whatever, message received. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite. Now it's degraded to a cesspit. I will never stray from Papa...
Read moreSo apparently you cant see aenu any more. They try to force you to scan a QR code on your phone to see the menu online and create an account. No I'm not going to create an account to order a pizza for lunch. No paper menus not even a sign on the wall with what they had. Employee got super huffy when I asked for a paper menu and then started demanding my phone number to make an account for me. I apologized and declined and started to leave and as I he threw a snarky rude "Cya" as I started to leave. I get he's probably tired of being asked where the menus are, but don't make your company's poor decisions my problem with your attitude. Doesn't help that I stood at the front counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone noticed me. I guess Little Caesars will end up (finally) killing...
