I have changed my stars to 1 star. I had the left side of my mouth destroyed by a botched tooth filling on the left side of my mouth years ago when I lived in virginia. I had a small cavity on one of my right molars and I wanted to get it taken care of before it caused issues, so I had Time Square Dental fill the small filling that had NO PAIN or NO ISSUES before this. I went home with some of the worst pain after filling ever, I couldn't eat or drink properly and so I called them and they said that they would fix it. They completely took out the cavity and started filling it again and started telling me how it could be nerve damage that's causing my issues and all this other stuff - which how was a small cavity now having nerve issues?! I had no pain and now it's regular pain... Even after the second filling done again, I still can't eat on that side of my mouth. They also gave me some stuff to put on the tooth to try and make it not sensitive (it didn't work even a tiny bit)
I can no longer drink milkshakes, I can't drink cold water. I can't drink hot coffee. I can't eat ice cream. I can't open my mouth to talk when it's cold outside. Both sides of my mouth are messed up and I did nothing wrong. I'm now terrified to go get a dental cleaning even though they keep texting me... Because I can't even tolerate cold drinks and the idea of air blowing across that tooth makes me want to sob.. I am 38 years old and dentists have ruined my life.
I've visited a few dentists around here but this place has been so kind to our family and working with us on my husband's busy work schedule. They didn't have to - but they did. That makes them above the norm in the area in my book. They also do a great job and don't shame you...
Read moreWhere to even begin. My wife and I recently came into some money through the means of inheritance from our Great-Great Uncle. We decided, after diligent market research, to invest in real estate in the Boise market. It afforded my wife the opportunity to stay home with our three girls while I worked on our new investment, we were flipping an old Victorian home into a home for families of Filipino heritage. All seemed fine at first, until we started gutting the interior of the home only to find bags of antique candies. I shamelessly ate all 57 bags in one sitting. Needless to say by the next month I had cavities on every tooth. My wife was so disgusted by the cavities galore in my mouth We were even having lawyers draft divorce documents until a friend recommended Time Square Dental and their great staff. I’m not proud of what I did in my moment of weakness, but it was nice to find a dentist that sympathized with me rather than lecture me.They quickly and flawlessly eradicated the atrocious intruders in my mouth and left me feeling clean and loved by my wife again. We canceled the divorce attorney and have since been using our experience to bond by focusing on what’s most important in our lives, white, cavity free teeth. It's a bit abstract, but it's given us the confidence we need to continue living and loving. This horrible situation was remedied only through the unique work ethic and expertise of Dr. Dial and Dr. Hastings. We owe everything to them. Highly...
Read moreOmg, Time Square Dental is awesome. Im in town from San Diego and started to feel an infection in my gums the day before i arrived. On my travel day the infection was so bad that the pain moved into my temple and forehead. The pain was so severe that i had to keep my eyes closed for most of my travel day. Once i arrived in Boise i started to look for a dental office close by and found Time Square Dental on google maps. They have a 5 star rating so i decided to give them a call. I spoke with a receptionist on wed 9/25 and they were able to get me in at 10 am on 9/26. They were able to find my insurance and made the process very easy. When i got there everyone was just super friendly. The building was nice, the office space / patient rooms was clean and modern. Receptionists were nice, the dental assistant was nice, and DDS Caroline Irons was amazing. She looked at my gum line and did some tests. They took one x-ray and determined my gum was infected and not the tooth. She cleaned it out and flushed the the gums. She gave me a mouthwash prescription. The overall experience was wonderful. Was in and out pretty quickly and was happy with the overall experience. If i lived in Boise, this would be the place i would come. A big thank you to all for making me feel like super welcome, and my...
