Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Idaho

The service is terrible. 0.1 cent tip for your troubles? Dumpster fire maybe?? Well I tip well when its actually warranted but tI had a delivery driver deliver my food and didn't leave it at the front desk. (Lazy move by the way prior to the next) so they left with the order and I was still charged 30 bucks plus the generous tip i left.. so I don't care about tipping this place anymore because why am I going to reward you for doing anything less than your job? I'm just gonna get low quality service anyways. (Evident in the photos) well anyways so I call the manager of the store the next day and I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then I got the opportunity to be told, "only uber eats handles that stuff." Like okay I can't just come in and do carry out for something you charged me for nothing with and you gotta make me just throw these loops? Ever since then my food quality has been low. These photos are from my most recent order.. Over buttered bread sticks and skimpy toppings. Save your money cos these people don't care about you health. The butter was so much i ended up puking all night and missed work.. nice trade off for me to miss work for these people to just show up and do whatever they want.. if i wanted little Ceasars then i would've went there.. These people act like im lucky for paying for their food & work when they're are other locations but they take advantage of their job and wages just to tell me "go somewhere else" with the food quality recently. All I know is this place needs a corporate check down cos you'll order certain crusts and they'll send whatever is clever. Its truly sad cos I love dominos and this location has the lowest quality dominos and service I've ever seen. Does Corporate visits even exist? One last thing about tipping, if you don't tip enough then definitely they'll find ways to be like people who spit in your food with that food worker sabotage nonsense as evident with my over buttered sticks and skimpy toppings cos I look at other pizzas I've received. Where are the green peppers and chicken? There surely enough butter and parm. though. I deserve a remake but this stores is a dumpster fire where idk they might try to say no even though the evidence is there. Just the vibes I get from this place after trying to talk to the managers....

I placed an order with dominos when everything was great until when the delivery driver delivered my food. What happened is I had wrote on my online order for driver to don't knock on the door and to leave order behind door bcz it's midnight and people are asleep in this house, but the driver pulled up with loud music playing and they ended up knocking on the door I told myself it's okay and just opened the door to grab my order when the driver who delivered my food named Andrew a tall man looked back and aggressively yelled out "dominooooos" and seemed very off he didn't seem mentally stable or professional as well as before leaving he honked he's car horn twice and drove off fast, very unprofessional and threatening I feel threatened and scared of his behaviors. So I called the store someone name Ally said she is the manager so I explained everything to her and instead of being professional as well atleast and trying to resolve the issue and apologize on behalf of her employees she took the employees side when I said I felt scared she said that I'm ridiculous for feeling scared for the way the driver was behaving. So seeing the manager not validating that indeed the driver's behavior was not normal was inappropriate showed me that she was being inconsiderate and didn't really care about the situation so I decided to reach out to you guys the dominos customer service team. I want to reach out and please say to look into this situation look into this store and let the manager know to please have discussion with her employees on bettering the team of dominos when it comes to interacting with customers and not make them feel unsafe or in my situation the driver actually being unsafe towards me with all of the aggression he came at me with like he was on drugs or something. Please look into this specific employee because they seem in need of mental...

I wish i could give 00000 stars. First off I waited 45 minutes at least for delivery. Which is understandable because it's a Friday night totally fine. The delivery driver who mind you did not have a name on the tracker, then dropped off my order and I asked where my pizza was. I got chicken, bread bites, a pasta, a 2 liter and a pizza. She then said ehat pizza i dont have a pizza for you. She said that she would let the store know when she got back and I should call the store and figure it out on my end. I also want to say the delivery driver never made eye contact with me or was friendly at all. So I called the Vista store immediately. And I say Vista because this is not the only issue I've had with this store. The guy who answered the phone said it would be about 10 to 20 minutes if I came in or 20 to 45 minutes to deliver the remake pizza. So I chose to drive to the store because I obviously want the pizza before the rest of my food goes cold. I then go into the store and THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ME CALLING TO GET A REMAKE! So I had to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of the 10 I had already waited. What seemed to be the manager of this store was prompt and seemed upset with his team about this issue. He made sure the pizza was being remade asap. However I paid for 5 items, delivery fee, and a tip to just drive to the store and waste time. I've read reviews of this store and they aren't great. In all my bread bites did not have seasoning at all and they were burnt. Chicken was a little pink inside and pizza sucked. Since moving to this area of Boise and Vista being my closest store, I have had issues every single time. I'd rather drive to meridian for a 10 out of 10...
