This place deserves ZERO stars. Just as one of the earlier reviews states, the employees are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I called to order my pizza, I inquired about portion size on a large pizza and bread sticks and the guy was very rude, he answered my questions with a total attitude, like I was bothering him with my questions, when I asked how long it would take for my order to be delivered I was told an hour and the guy simply just hung up on me, no thank you or goodbye or even a pause to see if I had any other questions (UNHEARD of!!!! I have NEVER in my lifetime have to wait an hour for a pizza delivery, unless we're talking about some major event going on like Superbowl, this was a Thursday at 1:00 pm) The guy delivering my pizza was JUST as rude as the one taking my order. Pizza was nothing to brag about, definitely not worth an hour wait. I called the same evening to share my experience and the lady on the phone was just as rude as the guy who took my order. I asked for her name when I first called & she refused to tell me, after the second-third time she identify herself as "a person that works here" (with a attitude of course) I first asked her the same portion size questions I asked earlier and she treated me as if I was begging her for food at a street corner. I will NEVER EVER go back to this place, Boise and Meridian have plenty of great pizza places where they treat their customers right and the food is WAY better then this place. If you are a fan of this place my advice to you is to run as fast as you can to get your pizza as they will not be in business very much longer the way they treat their customers. You don't need to be a NASA scientist Garbanzo's Pizza employees/management/owner, to figure out that without customers buying your awful pizza there is NO BUSINESS/NO JOB for you. After reading all the horrible reviews about the filthy condition of this place, I am now praying not to get sick after eating their...
Read moreIm giving a 3 stars because theres good and bad.
Good- the pizza was very good and the amount of toppings was very generous. We didnt do anything too fancy (cheese for kids, sausage and olive for wife and i). The garlic bread was scrumptious and the staff was quite nice.
Bad- the entire interior. My kid wanted to eat somewhere new for pizza and we live nearby. I can tell you now youll have second thoughts just based on the appearance. The floors look super worn out and dirty, there arent many tables there, the staff had just dumped all their personal stuff (coats, chargers, tools) on one up front, and there was a stack of boxes right in the seating area. Bathrooms smelled in the hallway. Theres not even any music playing, just the loud hum of the oven and fridge. There is no draw to eating in the physical building and we ended up leaving (not a good place for a 2 and 5 yr old)
Overall, the food was quite good though. Id probably eat their food again, but only for a to go order. If they spruced up the inside and at least tried to add some personality (especially music), thered be a lot more appeal. For now, only eat here if youre...
Read moreEmployees are great. It’s the pizza that is less than desirable. And I am non-bias, as I am a small business owner myself, but this pizza is seriously lacking in taste and presentation. For the price I paid for the pizza, I was expecting to open the pizza box and see a beautiful pizza before me, instead I saw a pizza that looked like A quarter of the pizza had neglected to receive any cheese or sauce and instead revealed exposed dough on several slices. Which of my unlucky party members, would have to choose those nasty slices? In addition, there was nothing spectacular about the taste of this pizza, nothing that stood out, nothing that justified the price of $12 for a medium-size pizza. I am being completely honest when I say a $6 little Caesars “most best pizza” would have tasted extremely better. I have never eaten at this establishment before, but I thought this time because of the convenience I would give it a shot, and I was wrong, I would have been better off driving down the road to...
