McDonald's — Restaurant in Idaho

Had to beg someone to take payment as I had cash and could not pay at kiosk. manager back to me and keep looking over shoulder and looking at me. He never moved from the spot in front of the monitors finally a young man who had been cleaning tables came back from lobby ... Didn't hand wash took my payment... Hand me a cup then he took trash out when he returned from out side approx 5-8 mins later ... Again no hand washing... Put my food on a tray... while crack off jokes to a female I am assuming because I only heard her voice yelling over equipment... Young man brought me my tray ... He never even attempted to hand wash or sanitize. The enter visit manager just stood there. Manager would occasionally make a snide joke to the crew but from where I was sitting in lobby it appeared he was more in the way as staff dodged around him to fill orders. McDonalds has never been upscale however the trash, and locker room talk at this location is boarder line offensive. The lack of food safety is visible. No napkins in lobby, trashes filled, most tables dirty, I have seen New York men's room that are cleaner than this McDonalds location. Food was hot and fresh and other than I ordered by burger without lettuce and received a healthy portion of lettuce the fries and nuggets where hot and fresh. Drink station was a train reck. I will just avoid this location in the future as the MCD's a cross town is clean and professional. My guess is the manager is still watching the screens in the same place he was as I left. This location needs a health dose of food safety training for food...

Love your Carmel frappachino & big mac with bacon. In the past 2 months, myself & family have spent approximately $800.00 my 3 sons & their dad were involved in head on collision,on cherry lane & black cat rd. Meridian. Food is great managent here is a joke. They hire many young workers and treat them like absolute dog sh.. Employees are not protected and constantly bullied by the POS management Absolute horrible company in horrible management. My son worked at their store on orchard he is only 14 years old work there for over a year. Employees were putting their hands on my son bringing weapons to work doing drugs at work and bragging about it. When we reported it to darmody enterprises they started targeting my son. he quit his job because they suspended him for a till coming up $10 short when they clocked him into the till prior to his shift and did not count the drawer down until after he left the store and refused to put him back on the schedule and wouldn't tell him what his schedule was. now almost a month-and-a-half after he has quit his job he goes in to order food and main manager at orchard store Cali looks at him very rudely when he walks in the store and says what are you doing here. Extremely unprofessional and pathetic management at this store and darmody for not getting rid of managers who do not know how to manage let alone know the difference between their head...
