Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Idaho

Had a disappointing experience today 05/22. My wife called in an order of a family size pizza. One half pepperoni and the other half pepperoni and sausage. Over the phone they said it would take about 20 minutes to make. 20 minutes later and I was there saying I had an order and they told me that it hadn’t been started yet and I’d need to wait a few more minutes. I’ll give it to the that it was a busy time of night. Seems like we were right in the middle of the dinner rush so I wasn’t too upset about that. They had me pay for the order and I waited. I did not examine the receipt in detail as I waited but after they handed me the pizza it looked a little strange. It was then that I looked at the receipt and noticed that it said going beef on it. I brought this to the attention of one of the people behind the counter saying that we ordered sausage over the phone not ground beef. I shower her the pizza and asked if this was sausage. This is the part that I am really annoyed with: She told me right to my face that they put pepperoni and sausage on the pizza. I , not knowing any better, and assuming that maybe papa murpheys has changed the way their sausage looks, trusted her word and went home. You want to know what the meat tasted like as I ate it? GROUND BEEF! I am not sure if she deliberately lied to me or if it was a genuine mistake, either way the employees should take care to make sure they are getting the orders right even during, especially during...

Customer service was great. Pizzas and sides were out in a reasonable amount of time. I’m rating three stars because of their tip calculator. I consider myself a good tipper. I’m usually always twenty percent sometimes much more. My issue with this store is their math. My total was $38,33, I don’t remember the change exactly so this will be an example. First of all the tip screen had no custom option. I’ll tip the papa murphy kids an appropriate amount but I don’t think it’s a twenty percent type of job but if I’m feeling extra generous it absolutely is. Also, the way I figure out a tip means that whoever is getting it gets a little more than twenty percent. So on a tab of 38.33 I’d round up to 40 and then tip 8 bucks. When I looked at their tip screen there were only four options. Ten percent, fifteen percent, twenty percent and twenty five percent. I wanted to tip eight bucks. I picked twenty percent but the amount shown was off. The amount shown was 9.27 or something. When I got home I did the math and all the tip options shown were off by five percent. This is incredibly deceptive. Someone has gone into the options of the program and changed the values of what tip option is shown and adjusted it to show the wrong percentage. Very mad I called them to see if they had discounted pizza it was almost 9 pm they usually do. The lady said yes they had 2 pepperoni pizzas the total for them was five dollars . I said great i will take them and a large cowboy so I rush down to get them and Mark says 14.82 for the cowboy no problem so I asked for the total with the discounted pizzas I had aswell he says we don't have them and they are first come first serve . I was very mad because why hadn't they been set aside with my cowboy. ? I could have accepted the fact that they have them away but they could have put them aside I told the lady on the phone I was coming to get them . Mark had no empathy and said its first come first serve and I should have came earlier when it hasn't even been 10 minutes since from my call to the drive thru. Could have offered something else for the mistake. This makes me upset I would have waited for the others but left . Not happy with the service there was no apology for their error basically told me I was so. I guess next time I will go somewhere else where they apologize for telling someone they have them at that price I feel like they tricked me to come down very displeased honor...
