Been waiting for awhile to try the melt so ordered Pizza Hut. The melt does not have any sauce inside as it is supposed to come with marinara dip. Had a feeling they'd mees it up so almost called ahead of time to remind them to put marinara in the box. It did not have marinara when it arrived and driver said that she did not have any with her. No biggy. It happens but it also basically ruins the meal without it. Called and asked if it was supposed to have marinara which they said it was. They said sorry about it not having any in the box and Corbin put on a manager. The manager said well he guessed that they could send out another driver with the marinara. I said by the time they got here the melt would be be cold. Plus I didn't want to burn their gas for a marinara. I said a credit on next order would make more sense. He started getting my info and said he would apply the .75 cents that the marinara cost towards my next order. Lol! Out a $5 tip (which I am fine with, wasn't drivers fault) and dinner. Lesson learned and won't order again but figured it was worth the effort to forewarn the next customer that the teen manager (not sure if he was a teen but definitely acted like he had not been in the work force long) down there running the place is not real big on customer service so you may not want to pay ahead of time for anything. So sad I was so excited to receive my food which was pasta, cinnamon rolls and wings, well I call the call center they said 30 to 35 min for this Branch then they said cash or card I stated cash with no other questions. I waited 12 min past time and called manager answered.he said driver took two orders and our was possible the 2nd I waited the additional min. My husband was outside waiting when the driver came my husband handed the money and they stated could not break so my husband stated ok how about a card even though we told them cash stated as well no could not do. So I called back manager answeeda again explained the whole story again and he started getting very rude I asked for his name he said I don't have to tell you I asked for another manager he said No and I said I will call tomorrow I needed another name to a manager he said I am not giving you that. When I called to place an order the lady sounded annoyed and was being really rude I asked to speak to someone else and she began to be even more annoyed and rude and simply said she was doing her job and she didn’t have to take my order and hung up. I try calling again because it was really rude what she did and I had to use a different phone number because she wasn’t picking up the one I previously called on and it took like 15 minutes to pick the phone on a different number I used to call back and when I spoke to her again I simply asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager there and began to be rude and she hung up once again not wanting to take my order.
