Horrible customer service.My fiancée & I went to get the new footlong natcho.We were standing there for 15 minutes while The employee making the natchos had no idea how to make it, and the lady was not helping him whatsoever. The other employee was helping a man who did not speak english, denying his form of payment while yelling at him how he can’t bring a hinder dollar bill to pay telling him to have the gas station workers break it while they told him no. while that’s all happening we are still waiting for our food. the male employee not making the natchos asked us if we wanted any add ons. so we added some add ons, then the female employee caused a scene telling us we cannot add anymore things. my husband was telling the guy this is his first time getting this and he doesn’t know what’s on the natchos. the male employee got very aggressive and wanted to fight my husband. we told them we are not buying the food anyone and went to look around the gas station and the gas station employee were so rude saying they won’t serve us because the male employee was trying to fight my husband. they then told us they were calling the police and the female subway employee then came outside to record me and my car while telling us to leave as we are actively trying to get into the car. the female has station employees was lying to the cops saying how we wouldn’t leave and at that point i had enough and left. if you are wanting to eat at subway make sure you know what you want and be prepared for horrible service and a...

She said word for word' it was placed during lunch rush' what can i do? Read moreI have been to this location a total of three times. Each time an employee has been rude. This last time I received attitude because I was ordering three sandwiches and they would all be on a separate ticket. The gal helping me gave a big sigh, rolled her eyes and stated ugh okay.
Then I think she realized she was being rude because after that she was pretty nice. But with her initial reaction I wanted to ask if I should just take my business elsewhere, but I was on my lunch break and picking food up for my coworkers.
