Lolli & Pops — Restaurant in Garden City

Today I have received the worst customer service I've ever received before, on friday, October, 16, 2020, at about 6:30, my three friends and I entered the Boise Towne Square mall establishment of lolli and pops, as my friends and I entered we split up in pairs of two because we were interested in different products, one of my friends and I had a dietary needs and we needed to find a type of candy that could fill those needs, apparently an employee Sherion for some inexplicable reason she thought that children in a candy store being excited was to be taken I shoplifting, she was extremely rude the entire time getting her assistants to watch us, as she patronized us for not taking covid-19 serious enough when she wasn't even following the correct mask protocol (her entire mouth and nose were visible), after my friends and I had rightfully paid for our products we left the store when she came after us and yelled at us to show her our bags we willingly and respectfully did and she found nothing, however my friends and I decided it would be the best thing to get adults involved, we brought my mother and father to talk to her, not only what is she extremely rude to my father she also made up blatant lies about what went on inside of the store. Not to mention the ableism that Sherion displayed when she made fun of someone in a wheelchair saying you have a long way to go" while talking to someone who is being pushed to the other part of the store in a wheelchair. lolli and pops has lost many loyal customers who have always supported their business. We are be spreading the word about this deplorable customer service and advising others not to go to these establishments. We are simply 14 year old girls trying to have a nice time at the mall and were faced with this...

Such a cute and great store for a gift, they have the cutest pink and green boxes. What a great gift they have the cutest candies and individually wrapped candies. I loved the marzipan darling candies but the bulk candy is sixteen a lb.. I'm going to go back at Xmas and buy the packaging and fill it with some other candies ( less expensive). I thought it would make a great gift to add the darling unique marzipan candies. I loved the store the pink boxes. I just had a Birthday and told my husband I would have loved for him to have made me a box of hand picked candy. So if you have a hard person to buy a gift for this would be the best place to hand pick darling candies! I loved it, I told my husband that I had wished he had made me a gift box for my birthday. Maybe we will go back and pick out a treat box. The marzipan was so detailed a cute different shapes and colors! Then I saw my favorite gummy bears ( they had pink animal shaped gummy bears that smelled so wonderful). I think a perfect gift and personal who doesn't love candy? My favorite store the detail, beautiful boxes, and how fun to pick out one of each such a unique gift! It had glass cases with individual wrapped candies the colors and everything looked like little pieces of art! I have to go back and put together a box and do a review. I loved the pink boxes, imagined filled with an assortment of sweet darling candies. My husband said "you have to see this store", he knows what I love and I was just taken back. I haven't been in this candy store for a hot minute. My friend and I stopped in today to see if they had Dubai chocolate for sale. I have always liked this candy store. They always have such a big variety of goodies.

Walking in, it's hard not to get overwhelmed by all the goodies, colors and displays. We went straight to the display counter to look at the truffles and to see if they had the Dubai bar. We were the only ones in the store. It was quite weird not to see a sales associate for a good amount of time. We located the bar, she decided against the bar since she can get one local for the same price and almost double in size.

We walked around the store and looked at all the fun stuff. I love how everything is so organized and clean. When you have multiple customers through out the day going in and out of a bin, it's nice to see that it's clean. I personally don't like candy in bulk cause of potential germ contamination. But honestly, I have boughten candy from this joint and I have never had any issues since they keep it so clean.

If your looking for a small sweet treat, Lolli and Pops would be a great store to grab your goodies at. Our even a fun gift for someone that likes sweets. They have a little of everything which is nice! Customer service wasn't the best when we were there. But we didn't stress about it. Maybe next time customer service...
