The Human Bean — Restaurant in Idaho

First don't give me some bs "contact me here we'd like to here your feedback", we all know you don't actually fix anything with it.

I've been going to this spot for years, there used to be regular workers that knew my order, first you stopped carrying the flavor I used in my regular order, that's fine, then the employees started to be new every time, that's also fine. But then they started messing up orders, no cream in my Americano, wrong size, it happens, but then it became frequent, and now I'm just impressed if they get it right. But then this morning I see they have cold brew, great, ask the barista if they know if it's pretty strong caffeine wise, she's hasn't got a clue, asks around, no one has an answer. alright I'll give it a shot with a bit of cream, I get the order, no cream. Ok whatever. Take a taste and a drip from the lid came out of the lid staining my shirt, just great...

Then the stupid app bean system, the punch cards were way better and quicker to a little reward for myself, I think it was roughly 50$ spent especially if you cash in on double punch days. But now I'm pretty sure it's almost double that and that's if I don't make the mistake of using the 1$ off, which was just sneaky the first time I accidentally used it.

Oh and the super inconsistent and unknown food menu with sandwiches and burritos is a tad annoying.

So yea y'all cut back service, insensitives, quality, consistency and raised prices. Just straight down hill. I'll still begrudgingly go on occasion but it's simply just not great and simply a convenience thing rather then actually wanting to go at this...

The last few times I have visited this location the service hasn't been the best but yesterday was the worst! I went about noon to grab a large hot vanilla latte with extra vanilla, add whip. The lady came to hand me my drink and it was a small, iced latte. I told her that that wasn't my order and told her what my order was. Then I watched her make it like I was inconveniencing her! She didn't really measure out the syrup in the spoon like they usually do and at the end she didn't top it off with whip. She handed it to me and didn't say anything, no sorry about the mix up or a thank you. I didn't bring up the whip because at that point I wasn't going to fuss over not having whip. Got on the Hwy, took a sip and it wasn't even vanilla! Think it was hazelnut or something else nutty. Didn't want to turn around and go back so stopped at the one in Meridian since I was headed somewhere over there and the girls there were amazing and made me one of the best lattes I've had from...

I stop by this location regularly on my way to work, since it's the only place I can get a 32 oz coffee the way I like it. The problem is that my order is always the same, and I pay a different price almost every time.

My order is a 32 oz snowy, cold pour, soy milk, 4 shots of raspberry and no ice.

Here's what I've paid for my drink the last 7 times: 10/22, $8.64, 10/23, $8.64, 10/25, $8.00, 10/28, $8.27, 11/04, $8.11, 11/05, $8.37 and 11/06, $9.17.

The staff is friendly and the drink is what I want, but if you can't provide consistent pricing, I'm going to have to go back to Starbucks - it'll only be 20 oz, but the price was consistent...
