The staff that works in the pizza area are not very friendly. We ordered a taco pizza ahead of time on Friday evening 7/8/22 on Stanford so it would be ready when we got there because we had somewhere to be. When I called they told me 20 to 25 minutes till it is ready. When we got there they werenât able to find our pizza and realized they gave it to somebody that was there before us. The female told the staff letâs make another one no apologies at all. I ask if we have to wait another 25 minutes for it to be ready and she said it wonât be 25 minutes VERY snotty back to me. Well when I called it was 20 to 25 so I assume it will be that time again for the next one to be ready. I was not very happy about how they handle it. People order pizza ahead so it will be ready when they arrive. I ask the other guy behind the counter if they can take a little off because we had to wait for another one to be made and he was VERY rude and said people make mistakes you donât need to be mad about it. Well the lady that made the mistake at least she could of apologize or so but she was rude and while we were waiting for our pizza she went outside for a smoke. We just walked out after they were so rude to me and I told my husband we dont need this pizza and at this point I didnât care that are pizza was in the process of being made. We end up ordering a taco pizza from Godfathers that night. So that is where we will from now on get our pizza from. I do understand people make mistakes but it was their mistake and they were rude to me. I guess my mistake was going there. I have worked in customer service before and customers shouldnât be treated like we were treated. They have lost our business because at least the staff working that night are very rude. Well the customer they gave our pizza to will be surprised when they get home that they had the wrong pizza...
Read moreThe Woman that MAY be one of the lead people (Or at least acts like it) that works the lunch hour shift back in the pizza area is pure RUDE! First off I am not one to complain & leave reviews but something has to be done & this Casey's needs to know that they are losing business ESPECIALLY around the lunch hour for those who need a quick pick up lunch & move on (Construction workers etc...) I go to this Casey's all the time because I work fairly close to it & MOST of the time there are no pizza slices on the racks & if so very few old ones & no salads or sandwiches pre-made on the shelves either. & is you ask politely from this person to have one made she responds "I DON'T HAVE THE TIME!" and please keep in mind this is during prime time when all of these items should be stocked for the lunch hour!!!!! & that's when I stop in most of the time & nothing (if anything very minimal) is prepared. I believe this person needs to be put through some customer service classes or told to go find something else that she ENJOYS doing. I've actually stood there & watched person after person walk in & look at the pizza racks & turn right around & walk out because of the lack of selection if any at all. I've also been told by other people at my place of work that they have been treated by her the same way. So know one wants to confront her because of her attitude. Yes I will continue to go to this Casey's because of it's convenience & I believe in giving places multiple chances to make it right.... But I just thought you all should know. Take it for what it is. (BTW, I mean no disrespect towards this certain individual, but I also know that I owned my own business for over 15 years & I would want to know if it were one of my employees acting in...
Read moreI had the worst experience ever at this Casey's! I went in on a Tuesday after work to get some gas. I prepaid $30.00. I go to the pump and it says $15.00 prepaid. I went back into the store to speak with the cashier to let her know that the pump only has $15.00 I paid for $30.00 worth of gas. She was confused and has to get another coworker to help her. They proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do and I would have to PAY another $15.00. I was told they could not help me and I would have to speak to the manager. I went back to the store the next morning on my way to work to speak with the manager. I spoke with the manager, she did nothing she relieved another cashier and said "she had to take a break." I stood there for a few minutes she kept waiting on customers. The whole point of her being there was to help me. I told her I could not wait and gave her my name and number (she didn't ask my name or for my number). She said "Okay I'll look into it and give you a call." Here it is Friday and I still have not heard from the manager. I decided to call to speak to a manager. I called and the food manger answered and said "I can help you." I explained what happened his response was "I can't help you with that the manager left early wednesday she has the flu." He said hold on and began to speak to another manager I'm assuming. He said "Hey some lady is on the phone with an issue about gas you want me to put her on hold and you get to her whenever?" This is poor customer service. Managers are not available and if they are they are not trained properly to assist the customer. Needless to say I will never go to that Casey's again, I still...
