Dunkin' — Restaurant in Illinois

Yesterday and today i came in for my ice coffee.Wow,This place is going to the Sh** hole. Management really does not care. This place for the past couple off weeks is out of supplies, ice coffee, cup lids, and even dozen donut boxes. I truly do not understand how an owner could let this happen to his store. On top of it when asked to speak with manager Deanna she had the nerve to tell me today if I don't like it I can go somewhere else to buy my coffee and donuts. Well I guess I truly will take my business else where. I rather be treated with respect than with none. For one thing it is us the customers that get money into your pocket for a paycheck!...

Okay so some of the negative reviews are about the prices so I'll get that out of the way first. It is slightly more expensive than most dunkins I would say by 10%. That being said, the quality of the doughnuts are so much better. Like they aren't the chain Dunkin doughnuts they are different. You can make fun of me all you want but come try these damn doughnuts they are the best Dunkin doughnuts I ever had! They cooked the egg bites perfectly. My bagel and cream cheese was done extra toasty like I asked and it's perfect! They also did my coffee perfect too! Large mocha cream no sugar and it's perfect!Definitely coming back if...

One of the most expensive, worst Duncan I have been to. Only 2 stars since the staff is actually polite otherwise. Donuts are $15/dozen. Breakfast sandwiches are higher prices than most other locations. Drinks and coffee are the highest prices I have seen at a Duncan. They don't remind or ask you to scan your code so you miss out and you can't use the receipt to get your points or rewards. They don't seem to accept normal Duncan discounts. They don't participate in most promotions that I have asked about. Save your money and go across the street...
