Dunkin' — Restaurant in Illinois

I have been coming here since I moved here for years almost daily and this new guy appears and I go today to get a chai latte and go back with it still full to switch it for the same size but instead for a hot chocolate so I’m paying more for my drink in general and he denied me the service and was yelling and giving me attitude and tell me very disrespectful things and even Said that I do this all the time when I only remember him being New and the times that I did it was twice and that was because they got my order wrong twice, and I had to go back, which was really inconvenient and when I did do that. They gave me whip cream when I said none because I have a sensitive stomach. The other time was a complete different order, I ordered sweet coffee and got very bland dark nasty iced coffee so if I’m paying for the syrups and pumps and such yes I’ll go back and ask to done correctly. I remember him and him only giving me attitude and not talking to me and every time I said thank you or sorry. He ignored me when it was their fault or his fault who knows I just want to point out how all the other workers besides him are extremely nice and they tried telling him to stop Being rude to me and he wouldn’t stop and I had to say I had surgery, which is why I Had my little sister go down for me and she was told that she didn’t even come to that same dunkin so I had to pull through the drive-through again and handle it that way and left mortified from his behavior especially in front of my little sister. I left without a receipt or his name because he stressed me out and he said I didn’t ask for receipt when I should be given one either way to avoid being told I never came. 0.5 star only because of the other very polite workers who I recognized since coming here. I studied here for years and even made friends with the managers and I will have a talk with them if they still work there when I see them. They’re very nice and always greeted me and my nephew when we came and I felt welcomed always. Now I don’t know why they hired certain new workers with this attitude and disrespect. He’s very young looking with glasses and arrogant as heck. if I see him there I’m driving away. I’d like him fired only because I kept my mouth shut everytime he served me rudely for no reason and the drinks were always crap when it was served by him. Thanks and I hope the managers read this as well as the owner(s) as well as the entire community because this Dunkin was always my go to. So you know I’m not lying. Here is a picture of the drink and my little sister’s leg mind you I wanted a hot chocolate and this was a chai latte which is more expensive than a hot chocolate so the complaints from him no idea and the accusations even worse. Also ordered her a caramel craze with extra whip cream and he gave me it with no whip and when I said she said with extra whip he said “she didn’t say that she said no whip or I heard no whip” so he’s always talking back ready to fight when no one is even mad and what’s crazy is it’s HIS fault. Done with him. Disgusting attitude and behavior. I’ve never been spoken to like that by an employee in front of a child especially and I’ve worked with horrible customers shouting my face and I always had a smile and de escalated the situation but somehow he always became angry and a Karen when the customer wasn’t even mad. Good night and I hope you fire him Dunkin or you will know me when you see me walking away...

Snowstorm of the year so far and I had one stop between switching hotels with no knowledge of the storm. At midnight with all my luggage uber became non-existent and I was stuck in an incredible snowstorm for the duration outside as my phone quickly dies trying to locate an uber. Flash forward 6 miserable hours and I finally get some warm relief as the staff lets me and my pile of snowy bags inside technically before the dining room opens. The place is as clean and inviting as it is warm the staff were so welcoming they could have made me feel just as happy walking in the door on any warm sunny day as i was coming in the warm from hours of wet frigid exposure. Strong language for that but these people were genuinely concerned for my well being and thats where i like to use my hard earned money. I only wish i lived in town so i could be treated like this everyday. I was starving and had several donuts and a sausage and egg wrap that i thought were so incredible it isnt fair because truly i was so hungry. Thank you dunkin donuts I will 100% be back for the ice cream...

I have nothing bad to say about this particular location. I have never had a bad experience! Everyone that works there is always so kind and generous. Sometimes I’m indecisive and end up changing my mind at the window. Or I’ll ask to add things or switch something. Never once did they get mad. I say I come here quite often And every two or three visits I get something for free. From the older workers to the ones fresh out of high school everyone there is super nice. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication they give to their customers like myself. Today I went and I asked if they can write on my drink get well soon since I was giving it to my little sister who just had back surgery. He had no problem and gave me a free donut with it :) I say there’s about 3 locations in Homer glen and this one by far is the best location considering hospitality and...
