Subway — Restaurant in Illinois

On 9/18 I had accidentally placed a pickup Order at this location. I immediately called and spoke with the manager and asked him to cancel because im over an hour away. He said he would. An hour later i check the app to verify it was cancelled and it was NOT. Instead he marked my order as picked up… I called again to see what is going on? The woman said my order was picked up and said they have a very strict verification process. I told her i didn’t pick up my order. I drove an hour to Then go speak with them. The manager was gone. And the woman insisted that they do not refund for cancelled orders. They keep the food and the customers Money! Isnt that theft???? She gave me a sandwich because there was No way i was going to Give them my money and leave with no order. The sandwich was so soggy. I asked her to remake it . Last time i was Here they had a lot Of fruit flys everywhere. Isnt that a food service violation?

This place needs to be looked into. - absolutely unsatisfactory!!!!

Visited this location last week and the employee at the register tried to overcharge me! He rung up 6 “Honest Kids” juice boxes ($1.59 each) and 2 Coke bottles ($2.69 each) and totaled it to $23! I then proceeded to pull out my calculator because I knew that was too much, even with taxes! He then changed the amount to about $16 which was the cost that I had originally estimated.
