If I could give Razny Jewelers an infinite number out of 10, I would.

Let me start off with saying 2020 has been a wild ride for engaged couples. With the constant changing of plans and weddings - learning to "go with the flow" is a must. For me personally, I went through 4 different wedding plans in one year. Because of the constant changes, my fiance surprised me with a new engagement ring setting and wedding band (once the final wedding plans were coming together). We designed a beautiful A. Jaffe engagement ring and setting - both custom to our desires.

We went with the jeweler my parents have been going to and their friends. I wont go into the details or name drop - but it was a mess from start to finish. Our wedding bands were made wrong (mine 3x and his 2x). And customer service and our sales rep honestly did not care. It was as though they received their payment and that was it. And when they finally did set my diamond - I cant even comment on the work haha. Lastly, I did not receive my final setting / band until the day before our wedding. I was devastated. The beautiful diamond my fiance proposed to me was hidden by prongs. I immediately googled what could be done, and started calling jewelers that carried A Jaffe.

Upon calling Razny, RIGHT AWAY the team started helping. I initially called their Hinsdale location, and the team set me up with the Addison location for the in-house craftsman - yes they have someone who is in house and has an amazing shop to ensure craftsmanship is done with the utmost love and respect to the jewelry. They listened and actually cared about my story and helping. They put me in touch with Nancy (she is a true blessing) and Nancy reviewed what needed to be done to get the ring looking great for our 4th wedding plan. The team took my ring in within the hour, got to work, and within 20 minutes (with several checks in between to consult my thoughts and ideas) my beautiful diamond and setting came to life. They not only shaved the prongs on top, they also slimmed down the prongs on the side (we have little diamonds on the side - and the work to ensure these were safe and secure was unreal - perfectly done). I was a total mess, but the team brought me champagne and calmed my nerves. For once I actually felt like a bride getting married. They also took care of my family that was there to help and be morally supportive. The entire process made me so grateful and become a customer for life. Do not look anywhere else. Do not think twice. Choose Razny for any of your jewelry needs. Their work is impeccable and their attention to detail is spot on. Just look at the before and after of my ring! The actual shine on the two rings alone should let you know with Razny - YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT HANDS haha.

We cannot say enough good things about Razny, and particularly Roberto! My fiancé worked with Roberto to design my engagement ring. I wanted to be surprised and decided not to be involved, and Roberto guided my fiancé in the perfect direction. He achieved my vision flawlessly!!! Roberto kept in constant communication with my fiancé during the whole process, making it so smooth and flawless.

We were then invited to the Razny annual wedding band event and had so much fun! They had a huge selection of wedding bands with seriously amazing discounts. If you get the chance, do not miss out on this! (I also got the chance to see their wide range of engagement rings and realized my engagement ring research would have been made a lot simpler if I had come to Razny first thing!) Everyone at Razny was so nice and friendly and even allowed our sweet dog to come with (who was very spoiled and loved on by everyone) : ) They passed around drinks, snacks, cake and even had a prize wheel for free give-aways!

We again worked with Roberto, to find the perfect wedding bands. Everyone who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and informative, without being too pushy - which was very appreciated! After explaining my vision to Roberto, he ensured my wedding ring was quickly polished, and worked with me to find the perfect ring. He read my emotions perfectly and realized I was happy with my first option, but there was maybe something missing. He didn't settle and worked with my to design my custom ring which was absolutely perfect!

We left feeling like we were on cloud 9, which is exactly what you dream of for your wedding ring shopping! I have gone to Razny a few times now for necklace restringing and ceramic watch maintenance and repair.When I first went I did not know how high end they were and felt a little sheepish with my Coach watch needing a battery but they were so sweet and took great care of me.

Bryan has always taken care of me and been exceptional in his professionalism and knowledge. He and everyone at Razny have treated my pieces with care, love, precision and artistry. They treat all pieces with the same care whether they are Rolex or Coach.

My pearl necklace broke a few years back and when I brought it in last year it was restrung beautifully and their wonderful jewelers reinforced and protected the silk at the ends, the original maker did not even think to do that. Bryan went through pricing with me on individual pearls (since I know I lost at least 1 when it broke) and a possible new clasp should I want to make any changes to my necklace in the future, which I likely will do with Razny.

I have had all of my ceramic watches taken care of here. They have done maintenance (added links, battery changes, cleaned the bands) and it’s always perfect.They have never been shocked or bothered to work on ceramic like other jewelers have in the past. One of my watch links on a new watch was an issue and Bryan called me about it and comped the service when he did not have to.
